I guess neuvillette and alhaitham don't need any kind of explanation why they are top 2 in ranking, As for navia, wriothesley and lyney.
Navia – Her strength lies in her flexibility to be a dps or sub-dps and ability to deal massive dmg within a short period of time with skill only.She can also deal good dmg even with niche teams.
Wriothesley – The only problem with him is he doesn't feel a complete character at c0 he requires c1 inorder to function normally otherwise his dmg is good even at c0.
Lyney – He has no flexibility in terms of team building making him a very niche choice.
Alhaitham is the best for me because he doesnt need bennett or double pyro at all
Neuv C1R1 was the BEST investment in the game for me. He is, in fact, my first limited 5* with constellation. 440 pulls totally worth it. And I am not planning to stop here. C3 is the next goal

navia the most fun to play, all her kits connnected well and there's no weird bypass skip animation whatever and she deal decent dmg
al haitham team is strongest in long run but have higher learning curve
wriothesley clearly not shining for now but cyro have potential in future since he is more flexible than ayaka
