obviously xingqiu but for some reason mine is already c6, so I got sexy mama ningguang instead.
I have Xiangling on C3, Xinyan on c1, Xinqiu on c1, and Chongyun on c1. Currently struggling between Xiangling c4, Xinyan c2, Xingqiu c2 or Beidou and Ninguang since I don't have them, and i have my pity saved up for another character so I cant pull for Ningguang on Keqing banner TT someone pls help…
