Albedo skill B-tier? Nahā¦ How dare You?!
If 100% uptime 20-30k AOE dmg every 2 seconds isnāt A-tier, I dunno what is. Thatās just like a Fischl, but You donāt have to manage energy recharge, to keep it up all the time.
This was good.. But not great. The S tiers are pretty easy to pick out. Albedo is at least A tier. Eula's is also pretty good cos of Phys Def shred and mini-nuke.
Heizou and Ayato are misunderstood.
Seems a bit all over the place.
But also, tier lists are ALWAYS controversial to some degree. We'll all have our subjective views that differ from Vars.
Either way, at least we're talking about it now. š
Someone has never seen Ushi crit for 150k and it shows
You never unleash full charged skill with Venti, you only use the tap version of it to generate particles.
You've got the Heizou Skill very wrong. The charging mechanic does exist, but as long as he hits 4 swirls, it gets charged for free and doesn't need to charge for max damage. At C6 he gets 1 charge for free and a 15% atk spd buff for 5 seconds. If you simply N1C -> Burst -> Skill then you will be at full power with just a tap.
EDIT: Ok you mentioned the swirl part. IDK why anyone would use the tap vs. the full power tap as at C6 you get a huge Crit Damage bonus.

One thing Iād like to point out about Heizous skill is that his charged attack has no ICD for swirl reactions, making it really quick to get stacks especially if you have something like xingqius burst on the field

Albedo at least A tier "Ayaka, Ganyu" lower tiers tbh, also sucrose doesn't provide alot that she deserves S tier its good elemental skill but not very insane.

I usually quite like your vids Vars, but you really missed the mark on quite a few of these skills. I feel like, if you don't know enough about certain skills, you need to ask others about it.
I understand, that it will take more time, but if you make a tier list, you should know about the things you rank.
A few additions not mentioned by the others in this:
Diona's skill is usable in coop which is unique among shielders at and comes in clutch in fights like oceanid and azdaha
Ayato can reposition and maintain his stacks during his skill window and the AoE is deceptively large
Albedo can maintain 100% uptime easily on his skill which can help with energy generation with or without geo teammates
Jean's skill has additional situational use to drown annoying enemies like whopperflowers, mirror maidens, and so forth which is… so satisfying.

Itto should be A tier tbh, a decently well build Itto in a mono Geo team can hit about 80K-100K with his skill in burst.
C6 Lisa should be at least be B-Tier just for how much damage she does. I'll gladly charge 2 seconds for an upwards of 65k nuke without prior setup. The only problem is that it olny gets good at C6 but at that point it outscales a lot of the soley damaging skills of B-Tier, looking at you Diluc

Diona is really really good as a 4 star tbh her shield is really good
Qiqi E has it's own healing for the active character

Jean's E can literally do 100k+ in fall damage to some enemies…
Kuki's skill is really good and should be A, at least consistant AOE Electro application that's not reliant on energy like Beidou is good. And if you pile the EM on her you can get great damage on overload and hyperbloom. And there's bonus healing!
Diona should also be at least A she has a great shield and produces a lot of Cryo particles.
I definitely think Heizou's skill should be put in A tier. With his c1, you can get full stacks for his skill incredibly quickly, just by swapping in and using his burst and a single charged attack. I know bursts aren't considered for this, but even without his burst he can get his skill up very quickly , and the damage scaling is very high. At constellation 6, if you level his talents to level 6 (level 9 with c5), it has nearly 1000% damage scaling, with over 1200% scaling if you decide to crown his skill. If it has a longer cooldown, I think it would be justified to be in B tier, but a 10 second cooldown isn't that bad
23:30 Qiqi's orb does heal you periodically in addition to Qiqi's NA/CA attacks. It works pretty much the same way as Barbara's. I would go so far as to say it's better since you it doesn't make vulnerable to freezing.

to be honest, the video feels rushed or just forced to be made knowing there are lots of misinformation (ayato, qiqi, heizou) or as others stated, doubts in rankings (albedo ganyu diona)
