I got to AR 25 in a single day and AR 45 in two weeks.
If you rhink about it, it aint the fastest.
Theoretically speaking, theres a few things that will completely change the timing
1. Utilisation of any of exploration kings and queens. Technically, you could get a very early pity limited, and if you get sayu theoretically you can go faster
2. Memorising every single, and i mean every single anemo and geoculus locations. You could probably do out the entire path to receive as much adventure exp as possible
Additionally, crimson agates also give you a lot of adventure exp, and finishing the dragonspine quests also helps a lot in this department.
3. Coop. Coop is very interesting bcuz exploration would be of a better experience and bosses can be bested easily, and if we include fragiles, you can gain more adventure exp even faster than lets say unlocking waypoints.
