Probably windbloom but from last year
Summer Fantasia, it just had everything, they brought back GAA and then made 4 different areas with a ton of content about each of the characters in the event, and then we were able to learn more about them. There were a ton of new cool assets that just were used in there and that it's a shame that they were just discarded afterwards.
my favorite event is by far either the fontaine film festival or the freminet event. GAA 2.8 and lantern rite 2.4 are up there too though!

I miss the Hypostais event.
The Albedo events in 1.1 and i think 2.2? Idk but the very first event with him and also the one where the whopperflower imitated him. I also liked the very first Scara/Mona/Fischl event was very fun
i miss the fontaine film festival event. i loved it so much i hope it comes back
