  3. 4 Tf + his weapon 476 EM

    4 dreams + his weapon 551 EM

    Dreams have 180 EM more if you use 1 electro 2 what ever
    How the fck is the EM not even 100 higher than tf…

    Not only that this is wrong but your calculation on more or less every other weapon is probably wrong too you use a EM or atk sand with his 5star weapon but you use a atk sand with all the other weapons not EM because loseing 46.6% atk for 187 EM on weapons that literally does nothing with the EM like his weapon is a waste of dmg, it doesnt make sense to increase his normal atks and duskstalker dmg if your base dmg is lower than it should be

    Thats like you would use a xiao with a lvl 10 burst but his first talent is still 1, higher multipliers are more or less worthless if your base sucks

    1 x (X) = is still X no matter what you do
    1 x 100 = 100

    Increasing the base give you higher results
    2 x 100 = 200
    2 x 50 = 100

    Of course in genshin the characters never have THAT but the thing is you still increase his multipliers at a point where his atk is to low

    Knowing that make weapons like jade speer better than you think because with higher base atk all atk% get higher results so the dmg differents between EM and atk sand here is like day and night

    Thats the same mistake people do with ei or characters at all

He is underwhelming af. lmao people really are snorting real copium for cyno. cant wait to see everyone disappointed. and not counting raiden as a dps is a real bad move. because even if raiden needs c2 and higher to function as a dps but shen she gets those constellations she becomes like one of the top dps and arguably the best dps in the game dealing literally millions of damage in less than 7 seconds like 120k normal attacks in her burst mode in raiden hypercarry . and even at c0 she does more damage than cyno btw. Cynos constellations on the other hand are underwhelming . his c2 is a conditional 50% electro dmg bonus . which is useless because he doesnt even do much to begin with. I personally saw his kit which anyone can see online btw . His on field time is so scuffed that literally keeping him in a team alone is a dps loss. Hoyoverse recently buffed his charged attacks in the server . but lmao the buff was to his charged attacks which does not even count as his burst damage. Hoyoverse hates him. there is no saving cyno. its a shame that he looks so good and fun but cant do any damage . Fischl is better than cyno . I hope that hoyoverse can do something to make him atleast usable.

  8. Sceptical. I don’t mind people “theorizing” unreleased characters, but I never take them seriously until at the very least it’s very close to their release date or when they’re officially out

  11. I'm surprised you didn't mention Fischl at all as a potential teammate.
    In an aggravate comp, Fischl does a Ton of damage while remaining off the field (since her A4 talent has no ICD, it causes aggravate every time), and would be Great for getting more particles/energy (good for consistency).
    Since dendro came out, Fischl has been the most broken electro Character along with Yae in regards to aggravate setups.

I refuse to believe that the pjws is worse than black Cliff, and worse than death match in your recommendatios, it's passive is perfect for on field auto attackers and will be so easy to get it's full buff. It's a 5 star weapon that's not only a stack stick but also has an insane passive, and Cyno will so easily gain max stacks to get the additional full buff of the weapon, you clearly did something wrong with the calculations and or didn't optimize the weapon with the build.
