same desc, just talking about the the little bit of archon quest info about the captain the curse of immortality which we now know came from ronova. new book in 5.2, venti and istaroth. pyro sovereign Xiuhcoatl being reborn as a human like ol Neuvillette recap of the Lost Traveler in the Ashen Realm story quest in 5.2 that follows the story of och-kan and ochkanatlan. the random stray all the archons got was pretty funny. f the dragons. rip brother och-kan, coming for the sage. dun dun. lot to talk about for version 5.2 of genshin impact, although not much of it in the archon quest lol. heck the ochkanatlan story quest didnt have a crazy amount in it either, just sorta gave us all sides to a story that led to some people being bad guys now. still was cool seeing the back of the sage though. shame we couldnt complete the quest. capitano showing up always nice, his little lore drop confirming ronova decides who dies was interesting. anyway talking about the Wings of Fate’s Course Intertwined glider that was a nuke of a lore bomb talking about the traveler, dainsleif, khaenriah and even King Irmin. was crazy. mavuika leaked animations and gameplay look cool ig, kinda looks like a tron rider lol

ronova said to the khaenriahns "coochie for you, coochie for you, and oop especially for you"
Your videos are my morning paper
My problem with the curse has always been the defenition of "immortality", dain said they cant die, but we now Clotar was abble to, if those cursed cant die then were are they? cuz unless you are a sinner or part of the fatui you dont see cursed kahneri'ans with immortality walking around. Then we have kaeya, i am sure he was born AFTER the cataclism sooo… WHERE are his parents?? – cuz i am SURE they are not hilichurls…..
All this to say what is the defenition of "immortality" is it like certain immortal jelifish – they wont die of old age, but they aint surviving if you put them on the sun out of water…. – or can THEY actually not die of anny means (wich would be already false by Chlotar)???
I continue to ask myself why the Lord of Night stopped herself when she said "…displeased the almighty…. mm, Heavenly Principles".
What exactly was about to say before that "mmm… Heavenly Principles" like she was to say another name, one for whatever reason she can't say, but what is it? This is my major unanswered question, now…
The "curse" is to prevent the ley lines from getting contaminated, if they died naturally the ley lines would absorb forbidden knowledge and shit. In the next cycle of teyvat Khaenriah and the sins will not exist
You're so right about the metaphor. Why would you give a weed immortality? I have one idea. Maybe to prevent them from contaminating the soil. In this case that would mean the laylines.
I think I have bit different point of view about "curse" here. referring to the how in hsr xianzhou people think their "immortality blessing" from yaoshi are viewed like timebomb toward their inevitable meet with the "mara struct" or in past the crisis it went. I think at one point the said curse caused khanerians to ended up losing their mind or something else like how xianzhou was.
ANOTHER VID🗣🔥
Immortality is not and never can be a blessing….. immortality is the worse fate for any leaving being…..
Let's say positively They were granted immortality just to buy some time for certain something…. but until that time arrives their flesh with rolt …….they will suffer from the unimaginably painful fate…. something far far worst then extinction……
Mind erosion, flesh rotting and turning to hilichurl are supposed to be Blessing? I'd say that's bullshit
Okay. Those drinks are crazy. Now off we theorized then.
A blessing? Seems so. Ronova's gifts are connected to death. What else was a ruler of death supposed to do? Give them beautiful coffins? No, stick with eternal life, it's for your own good!
0:25 song title?
I don’t drink,But my family always has alcohol and they enjoyed it.But I enjoyed my Thanksgiving,I have cake for days.
And yeah,Kaeya and Arlecchino are the only descendants of Khaenriah if we don’t count Albedo’s manufactured body.I do find it weird that with all the time that immortal Khaenriahn’s had,They didn’t want to have kids.If I was doomed to live forever to where I possibly couldn’t die in childbirth or to random diseases,I’d want to continue that bloodline. Not to mention for whatever reason the water in Khaenriah makes all of them hot and powerful.Dainslief is shrouded in grief,But Capitano and Pierro sure aren’t.
wut?? a shot for reproduction? it is laughable but…hear me out! this is only for the full blooded Khaenrians. and what does that mean? incest?! /j
kanhreyans hawe abbysal coruption so they made them immortal so they don t destroy the irminsul
Dawit when are you going to cover any new lore on star rail?
POOKE POSTED!!!!!!!!!!
Well I have my own theory as well:
As it makes a lot of sense for khaenriahns to be cursed with immortality to keep their stained (by forbidden knowleage) souls out of laylines for Irminsul's safety I don't think It's the reason. Elezar was also a form of corruption by forbidden knowleage yet people infected, were not only able to die but also it made their lives much shorter.
The forbidden knowleage was existing within Irminsul until Nahida eradicated It by erasing Rukkhadevata existence.
Rukkhadevata WAS in Irminsul, STAINED by forbidden knowleage.
So If she was "permited" to enter the laylines, why the people of Khanriah weren't? Even If Nahida would be able to erase only previous Dendro Archon It still leaves us with lots of people who died by Elezar. Were their souls clensed before entering the laylines? How? Why Khanrian's souls could not be then?
Why did they made them immortal RISKING another incident of this kind? We know It was Khanriahn who founded Abyss Order, trying to rewrite the fate of the whole world. Khanriah's sinners are still are a threat to HP, their immortality is what allows them to keep going against Celestia.
I believe Ronova or even HP themselves didn't want to or couldn't KILL them. There is also a thing WHY "pure blooded" Khanriahn's curse manifest in different way.
Let me go bit wild:
My theory is that "pure blooded" Khanriahns are not "pure blooded" at all. They are clearly treated differently from other humans. Lots of people in genshin have weird pupils (HuTao, Mualani etc) but only the people of Khanriah are called for their starry eyes and It's basically their main characteristic. They lived in land not under jurisdiction of the seven. Their technology was VERY advanced. So my idea is that they are not 100% humans, oooor they are the only 100% humans (but I'm not sure how to support this theory)
After 5.2 we know It's possible for humans to reproduct with dragons.
I don't think they are 50% dragons tho, there is another candidate for their co-ancestry. SEELIES.
Remember the story of Seelie who fell in love with traveler from afar (probably human, which was prohibited) and now they're kinda "cursed" to stay in form of wisps? This story could be modificated just like Nahida did with Scaramouche history to prevent it from following the changes within Irminsul. What If it was not just one Seelie but It's merely a visualization of events of the past. Seelies were felling in love with humans, having offsprings. Seelies were living among humans, had great wisdom (maybe advanced tochnology).
Maybe somone got mad for the whole mixed blood thing because they want humans to be "pure" or see Seelies as a threat in general.
Let me go even further… Khanriah had 2 Royal dynasties, Eclipse and Crimson Moon. One probably being Solar "Eclipse" and the Crimson Moon is basically "Lunar Eclipse" both have one thing in common. They include 2 objects, Sun and Moon. Like a reference to these dynasties being born from 2 different species/cultures. What If their curses (hilichurls, Pierro, Dain, Capitano and Arleccino (maybe Kaeya)) manifest in different ways because of they have "different level of Seelie blood" within them? Hybrids are rarely 50-50.
Maybe the reason Khanriahns were cursed with immortality is the same reason why Seelies were cursed with their wisp form (instead of death)
who is there to say that the khaenrians didnt curse themselves with whatever abyss practice and celestia granting them immortality was the only way to save their life? that yunalesca fight comes to mind, where if you're afflicted by zombie then megadeath won't kill you
0:47 bruh, sign me up, i will eat ehat you can't
It's called the curse to wander the world. Or wilderness
I still wonder – if Curse of Wilderness has existed for a long time, maybe Curse of Immortality has existed for a long time too? And like Inteyvat, Khaenri'ans can only die in their homeland?
most underrated genshin channel!!! i love how you have personnal stories
Celestia cut the weeds, you missed the point. Cut the weed is put them out of the Irminsul cicle, not kill.
They granted immortality instead of death, because when a person dies, their memories become energy and go back to the irminsul in the form of data. The nobles have forbidden knowledge, they will destroy the Irminsul if their memories go back, that's the exact plot of Alhaitam Story Quest and that collective memory project.
They are immortals, they will keep going until their body turn into ash and their mind become just a conscience, but their memories will never corrupt the Irminsul. This happened just with the noble because the regular people already have the "Hilichurl curse", which does basically the same thing.
When the Lord of the night was talking about how Ronova surpassed the role of a shade, she was talking about Natlan, when Ronova gave her power to Xbalanque, not about Khaenri'ah.
I'd like to know which pyro archon was in the archon war
If we believe everything "Perenheri" tells us, the "curse" was already in place many years before the Abyss sibling arrived. But maybe the people came to know of it after the Cataclysm since they had to run away from their nation and cross the invisible border. What happens then? It looks to me like they kinda go out into the radioactive environment without a rad suit. And in the book it affected only those who by blood should be, well, protected by their Archon's power, but long ago they or their ancestors choose to forsook it for the "freedom". They turn into hilichurls, their souls locked away "in a box without windows" to rot for centuries. And their bodies undergo a sort of… forced evolution? Absorbing the elemental energy, since hilichurls (and those affected by eleasar which is the same thing, different stamm or combination rate of elemental and abyssal afflictions, I will die on this hill) are more attuned to elements and even learn to control them somewhat.
So, why the immortals? It looks like they are suffering all the same, yet their bodies retain the human form for longer, and their memories rot away slower, but they still do. That reminds me of Inteyvat, actually. The flowers, turned immortal-dead after leaving their homeland, only to fade away the moment they return. Like… some synthetic thing, relying on the environment to keep their initial state and irrevocably changed after leaving. There is a theory on Rheindottir creating inteyvat artificially in Kahenriah, right? And we have human-dragon (debatable but still) offspring in Natlan, as well as confirmation of genetic experiments with humans and animals. What if "pure-blood" Khaenrians are the remnants of such an experiment as well, be it draconic blood, azotite mining or even Seelie grand-grandmother? Just a touch of artificial. Enough for their bodies to harden away from the "alchemic bottle" of Khaenriah and keep them safe from hilichurlisation for some time (the side effect? being not dying) even without that divine shield, but not for their souls to keep up.
After all, the "curse of Noldori" in the Silmarillion was also not a curse but stating of a fact, taken as a symbol of god's wrath. As well as Fontaine's 'prophecy' was never a punishment but a logical assumption. What if Khaenrians, walking out of their caves, heard Ronova's voice telling them they won't be able to die and will suffer for millennia, and took it as a curse from a vengeful god?
Sorry for rambling, anyway. Hope my thought will spur on another crazy theory one day!
A shot for reproduction?
