if i alr have diluc and staff of homa do i go for hu tao or wait for the cocogoat?
Hu tao was the first character I wanted when I first started playing which was at the beginning of Kazuha banner. NOW ILL FINALLY GET HER
benny is not good for hutao if you build him as a support healer, but if you build benny as sub dps, with low hp, then he is good with hu tao

I love Hu Tao ALOT in this game because of her amazing kit buuut I plan on holding onto my primo’s for Zhongli. I’ll summon on the banner maybe once or twice but I’ll hold onto my pity for a future Zhongli rerun which is a long time
If only Albedo isn't next, I would get Hu Tao. On her next re-run, hopefully the banners before and after are skippable for me.
I want Thoma and if Sayu is also on this banner, I want more constellations for her. If I get Hu Tao while pulling for the others, all good. If I don't, all good. My Xiangling is built and my Diluc is built, so I have pyro options. Play on mobile, so that factors in, plus I enjoy no brainer gameplay. Couldn't work Xiao, so if Hu Tao is a horizontal Xiao, I'll keep her around for her creeper walk idle animation 😆

1)I don't enjoy her playstyle.
2)I have Diluc as Pyro DPS.
3)Albedo Rerun.

Having both Hutao AND Ganyu is pretty much easy mode for Abyss. You can pretty much turn off half of your brain and still get 36 stars lmao

Hutao messes with my ocd Everytime her hp slowly chips away. And that's the reason why I have no problem taking dmg from enemies playing her now

using something like a dragon bane or deathmatch would've tempted more players as those weapons are easier to access, cries in no homa.
Also u could always remove bennet's healing artifact to reduce the healing he provides if wanting to sustain, have buff, and still be a bit low on hp
Basically if you're F2P and you're looking for a strong character, just use Xiangling (the best overall pyro dps), from a meta and game standpoint I really don't recommend rolling for hu tao unless you actually like her like me
i have her on my alt account and my personal verdict is if you have anxiety seeing your characters on super low hp maybe hutao is not for you. But if you like her by all means go for it.
50 seconds in, and yes factually she isn't C6 or have an R5 weapon, but C1 and Homa is a combo most of us envy! 🙂

Hu Tao is my first 5 star char, and I've no Zhongli Albedo Ganyu Kazuha Venti but still clearing the abyss with 36 stars with 0 spent(f2p), so definitely going for her c1
The most overrated character in genshin imo. No point if her aoe is virtually non existent and no pls do not try to tell me that “sometimes she can hit two at once etc.”
I know for a fact that she still struggles heavily with aoe 99% of the time and even more so with stamina issues at C0.For boss’s she is without a doubt the number one pick but abyss is still 90% aoe situations. That’s why National and International team beats her teams by a long shot when it comes to effectiveness. More dps doesn’t always mean more meta( very commonly misconception amongst the supposed “meta” players) If a character can do similar amounts of dmg like Xiangling on national and in a huge aoe then they’re simply gonna be more EFFECTIVE. Take this as you will just my thoughts.
