Hoyoverse has officially confirmed the special program date for version 5.2 update, and the livestream will take place this Friday on November 8th, so in this video letโ€™s discuss everything you can expect from this live stream. According to the current update schedule, it is likely that version 5.2 will be released on November 20th. We will see the debut of Chasca and Ororon as playable characters and it will be the last patch of 2024, thatโ€™s right.

Now, you might have noticed that thereโ€™re no Chibi characters on the English poster for the live stream. So, similar to the 5.1 special program, this too will be hosted by NPC characters, but for the english language only. So if you want to watch it with other characters, you can watch the Japanese livestream or any other. If youโ€™re wondering why? Well, the voice actors are demanding protection from unauthorized AI usage of their voices, and the VAs of some Genshin Impact characters are part of it, so yeah. No VAs for some time, but of course, thatโ€™s only for the english dub.

Chasca and Ororon will be released in the Version 5.2 update, so you can look forward to seeing their gameplay showcased in the livestream. Officials will reveal some of their major abilities, like Elemental Skills, Bursts, and Nightsoulโ€™s exploration ability. Thatโ€™s one big reason to catch the livestream!

Now, letโ€™s talk about the most important part: the banners. As you may already know, the first phase of Version 5.2, which will go live on November 20th, will feature Chasca and Lyneyโ€™s banners, while the second phase, going live on December 10th, will include Zhongli and Neuvilletteโ€™s banners. Ororon, our newest 4-star character, is also expected to appear on the Phase 1 banners, but this could change, so weโ€™ll have to wait for the special program to be sure.

During the special program, three new redeem codes worth 300 Primogems will be released, but theyโ€™ll only be valid for 16 hours, so make sure to redeem them quickly. Iโ€™ll post all the redeem codes immediately on the community tab, so make sure youโ€™re subscribed to the channel to avoid missing out!

Now, Iโ€™m not entirely sure about this, but 5.2 is also expected to release a new Natlan Archon Quest act. However, unlike Version 5.0 and the current patch, the 5.2 update will include only one act. So, you can look forward to a sneak peek of the quest during the livestreamโ€”if weโ€™re getting one, of course.
