Version 4.3 NEW ARTIFACT SETS for Navia & Healers | Genshin Impact

In the version 4.3, two new Artifact sets will be introduced. The first set aims to rejuvenate the Geo element, and enhancing Geo DPS, while the second set focuses on transforming healers into more versatile characters.
The first set is named, Nighttime Whispers in the Echoing Woods.
The 2-piece set effect, Increases attack by 18%.
And the 4-piece set effect says that, When using elemental skill, you gain the Heart of Gold effect for 10 seconds, which gives a 16% Geo damage bonus. While under a shield granted by the crystallize reaction, the Geo damage bonus provided by the Heart of Gold increases by 150%. This additional boost vanishes 1 second after the shield dissipates.
This set is tailored for characters like, Navia, and virtually all other Geo DPS.
The second set is known as, Song of Days Past. The description of this set is somewhat lengthy, potentially causing confusion, but I’ll do my best to clarify.
The 2-piece set effect, Increases Healing Bonus by 15%.
While the 4-piece set effect states that, When the equipped character heals a party member, the Yearning effect is generated for 10 seconds, which records the total amount of healing provided, including overflowing healing. Once the duration expires, the Yearning effect transforms into the, Waves From That Day effect. When the active character hits an opponent with any form of attack, the damage dealt increases by 3% of the total healing amount recorded by the Yearning effect. The Waves from That Day, effect is removed after taking effect 10 times or after 10 seconds. A single instance of the Yearning effect can record up to 30,000 healing, and only one instance can exist at once, although it can record healing from multiple equipped characters. Characters on standby can still trigger this effect.
While this effect may resemble the Ocean Hued Calm set, and the damage increase may seem small in comparison. But, make no mistake, this increase doesn’t add as a flat number to the final damage, but combines with other damage multipliers during the final damage calculation. Also, the damage bonus effect applies only after the Yearning effect expires (10 seconds), so, it’s crucial to adjust your rotations accordingly. Lastly, the buff seems similar to, Shenhe, and Yunjin’s buff.
That concludes all the current information. As the beta has just commenced, additional changes may be introduced to these sets. So, Stay tuned for further updates

  1. The new healing set aims in making your healers into dmg buffers too BUT it seems to only be usable by healers that have good uptime with their healing skills. Characters like Jean, Bennett, and Diona who only heals through their burst can't take full advantage of this set.

  2. I think it would’ve been nice if the new healer set could do away with this health recording gimmick and just simplify it a lot more. The Clam set works with this because it makes it like little time bombs, but on this one it’s just awkward. What I’d do to fix it would be something like:

When healing occurs, grants the Heart of Gold effect for 10 seconds. During this time, every 1000 HP healed grants 3% DMG Bonus, maximum of 30% DMG Bonus (the same threshold essentially). This effect can re-trigger every 12 seconds.

  3. Have you cofirmed the healing buff set with the bonus damage (with 900 bonus dmg) is exactly applied to the "Base dmg" before multiplying with other effects? What about the ones that only deals HP% DMG? How are their total dmg can be calculated. Since the description did mention that this buff applies to all sources of damage (not just atk), a 900 additional damage does seems low. Like even for the clam set, it can provide up to 30,000 plain dmg per bubble explosion. Does it effect works similarly to Bennetts raw atk boost (based on base stat plus weapon stat)? Can you please help to confirm?
