In this video we will talk Banners from version 4.0 to version 4.4 including possible reruns. Please, treat this video as likely speculation until Hoyoverse confirms the banners officially. Version 4.0 is set to launch around August 16th, introducing the highly anticipated Fontaine region and underwater exploration. This update will feature three new characters: One new 5 star Lyney and two new 4 stars, Lynette, and Freminet. Lyney is a Pyro Bow DPS, while Lynette is Anemo sword support. Freminet, on the other hand, is rumored to be a Cryo claymore character. Uncle YC revealed that Childe and Yelan will be the rerun banners for 4.0, but the last slot is still unknown. However, the latest information suggests no archon will get rerun in 4.0, so the next potential candidate is Albedo or Itto.
Moving on to version 4.1, we can expect two new 5-star characters: Wriothesley and an unidentified character. Wriothesley looks similar to Sampo Koski from Honkai Star Rail and is rumored to be a 5-star Cryo DPS. Uncle Chicken mentioned that one of the new 5-star characters in 4.1 is likely to be a standard banner character.
Uncle Chicken has also heard rumors about a powerful limited character potentially dropping in patch 4.1, possibly Neuvillette. Additionally, there might be a new 4-star character, similar to the addition of Candace in version 3.1. Although there is no information regarding rerun banners for this patch, players should be cautious, as the Archons rerun marathon could potentially begin from this patch onwards.
Version 4.2 will see the release of Focalors or the Hydro Archon. Focalors is a Hydro sword support character known and her skill is said to drain teammatesβ HP and provide significant DPS buffs in return. No reruns have been hinted for version 4.2, but we can expect the introduction of a new 4-star character, similar to Layla in 3.2.
Previously, version 4.3 was speculated to release either Arlecchino or Sandrone. One Uncle said that Arlecchino might become playable due to the character-like name in her data file, in contrast to Signora, whose data file had a monster signature. However, there is also a possibility of none becoming playable in Fontaine.
Arlecchinoβs leaked concept arts do not justify her becoming playable in Fonatine as she could just appear for storyβs sake since we have never seen Arlecchino before without her overcoat. We have neither heard anything nor seen any information or design regarding Sandrone yet.
As for rerun banners, Hoyoverse never decides that far in advance, but we can anticipate an Archon rerun along with the addition of a new 4-star character, similar to Faruzan in version 3.3.
Based on the pattern of the second-in-command of Inazuma and Sumeru becoming playable after their respective Archons, Neuvillette should become playable in version 4.4. However, the rumor of a strong man arriving in 4.1 disrupts this pattern, as we currently only know two tall male characters in the Fontaine lineup: Wriothesley and Neuvillette. In version 4.4, the lantern rite event for the year 2024 will take place. So, the Possible candidates for rerun banners in version 4.4 include Zhongli, Xiao, Hu Tao, Shenhe, Ganyu, and Baizhu. Furthermore, a new 4-star character, Lion Dance Boy, is expected to be released in this patch.

Alrecchino is very likely to be playable by multiple uncles (including some reliable ones as well)
