When I first learned about the Dark Iron Sword, I had already used mine up. It made me quite sad that I casually got rid of the rarest weapon in the game without even knowing. I wish they would just put it into the game in an actual way.
And yes, I would say it’s still the rarest. Tied with the old event weapons that you can’t obtain anymore.
How long i had copium for Aloy constellations to be released in subsequent anniversary events that would plug the holes in her kit. Now that would be a very cool way to reward your player base. But nope. So that marks anniversary 1 as the best anniversary right 😅. All they had to do was reduce the number of her canisters required in one con and then the infusion duration in the other. Still the I don't upset the wild life passive is super cute. The irony of the festering desire likely being the best option for Furina outside of her signature too. Reminds me of the Albedo Cinnibar problem. So I guess that's how we are rewarded a weapon that we had to wait 3 years for it to really shine. It's always just been decent on Bennet but not great
Unfortunately myhoyo confirmed that old event weapons will pretty much never return. I remember seeing a video about it, where a developer basically dodged the question, but the wording they chose basically said "lmao fuck you."
Paimon's Food Fund from the latest patch will probably end up being rare, since Mihoyo decided to troll players by putting a red exclamation mark on it to push them to accidentally use it.
And that "half a year" metric is exactly why i refuse to do achievement hunting lmao

You know something that is rare? Genshin giving us event content that is fun and isn't baby's first story writting or a bad casual minigame ripoff. (Looking at you, windtrance and windblume)
