Update! New Skins for Wanderer, Kirara and Nilou + Emilie Release in Version 4.8 – Genshin Impact

In this video, let’s talk about the new skins and event in version 4.8.

This update is planned for July 17th.

We all know that Hoyoverse follows patterns, and new skins are usually released in versions .4 and .8, so we can say that it’s confirmed.

In the latest patch, 4.4, we got three new skins instead of the usual two. So, we can suggest that they will release three skins from now on.

According to a source known as Whitefx1, developers are highly likely to introduce a new limited-time map for main events. The main event of version 4.8 will revolve around Fontaine’s fashion show, featuring characters such as Navia, Chlorinde, Nahida, Wanderer, Nilou, Chiori, and Kirara.

Also, update 4.8 brings the release of the Perfumer Witch Emilie from Fontaine. She has many concepts, and it’s unknown what her appearance will be like in the end, but the witch’s release means that Alice, Klee’s mom, will definitely be present in the storyline. I really hope that developers finally show us her design.

But some rumors suggest that Klee might not be in the summer event for the first time. I hope they wouldn’t do that, and she will appear.

Furthermore, it’s speculated that three new outfits, two for 5-star characters and one for a 4-star character, will be released, possibly available for free during the main event of version 4.8. The characters expected to receive these outfits are Wanderer, Nilou, and Kirara.

As usual, in a new part of the map, you will be able to collect many goodies from chests, get into the summer mood, and most importantly, summer skin, of course.

Conflicting reports have also emerged from another source, Uncle R, suggesting that there’s a possibility Albedo, Sucrose, and Amber might receive new outfits in 4.8. This contradiction leads to speculation about the possibility of two free skins for Amber and Sucrose. But will Hoyoverse give us two free skins? I doubt that.

So we have two groups of characters who should get their skins. Whom to believe? I don’t know, but I really want Amber to get her skin; it feels like developers completely forgot about this character.

Therefore, in version 4.8, either Albedo, Sucrose, and Amber or Wanderer, Nilou, and Kirara will receive new skins.

On top of that, about a month ago, there was information about Zhongli and Xiao getting their Archon war skins, but source is anonymous, so no detail.

  24. Probably not legit but If it is my hard earned money shall be gone hehe and it will be worth it. For scara! I can't see scara being in something like that but I can see Nahida getting him to play a role in it soooo maybe. I'm interested if it is legit how hoyoverse will make the story come together. I hope it is legit because that would be something different from their most recent content.
