Hello Travelers, Mavuika’s 5.3 beta Version 4 is here, and while her kit hasn’t seen major changes, her C6 got a slight boost. Despite earlier concerns about her nerfs, Mavuika proves she’s still an absolute powerhouse. Let’s dive into what makes her such an incredible character and why she’s worth your attention. Don’t forget to subscribe for more Genshin Impact updates!

Let’s start with the new changes in beta version 4. In Flamestrider mode, Mavuika’s C6 now decreases enemies’ DEF by 20% and deals 500% up from 400% of her ATTACK as AoE Pyro DAMAGE every three seconds. While subtle, this adjustment enhances her late-game dominance. After testing, it’s clear: Mavuika still holds the crown as one of the strongest main DPS characters in Genshin Impact.

At C0, her Elemental Burst can still dish out an astounding 3 million damage, cementing her place as a top-tier option right out of the gate. From C0 to C3, she remains unrivaled, delivering apex-tier performance without needing heavy investment.

Even with her nerfs, Mavuika continues to shine. While she may have shifted from a “one-punch woman” to a “two-punch powerhouse,” she’s still overwhelming in terms of firepower. Players with Xilonen, Ororon, or Citlali as supports will find it easier to charge her Fighting Spirit at C1, enhancing her damage potential in just one rotation.
Her only real drawback is limited team flexibility at C0, as she requires specific setups to unleash her full potential. However, given Xilonen’s dominance in the current meta, this issue is less concerning than it seems.

Mavuika remains one of the most valuable main DPS characters in Genshin Impact, effortlessly outperforming her peers. Her slight inconveniences are overshadowed by her raw power and versatility. Whether you’re a casual player or a meta enthusiast, she’s an incredible addition to any roster.

Mavuika’s performance in the 5.3 beta solidifies her status as a must-pull character. Are you excited to build the Pyro Archon? Let us know your thoughts in the comments! And don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe for more Genshin Impact content.

  1. you are spreading misinformation, even with c1 mavuika, her non-xilonen teams (citlali or ororon) can't fully recharge 200 fighting spirit.

c1 mavuika is still tied to xilonen+bennett and the 4th slot would be between furina or citlali with inconsistent vapes/melts lowering her expected dps.

  2. Father still remains at the top right now. Not even just numbers, but the fact she can sustain herself and doesn't need region specific characters. Hoyo, I'm sorry, but you really flopped with this archon. 🥱🥱

  3. I have already prefarmed everything I need for her including weapon and artifacts (I still hold out hope that I can get her weapon in 90 pulls but my luck is probably running out).
So many people have been complaining about her getting weaker, when in reality she was just put in line with most others, probably to avoid objective powercreep. Every other video I've seen claims that she should be skipped because of the nerf even though she's still an outstanding unit. Thank you for makimg people more aware of her viability.

Also to those who want another polearm character: We already have 2 polearm archons, and 3 incredible pyro polearm units, let us enjoy a powerful claymore character.

  4. Hmm, she's definitely not for me. I don't like her kit or design. She kinda looks to me, like she was designed for another game, rejected and moved to Genshin. She's been given too many different abilities at once. She's like an army in one body. The other archons look like a joke next to her.

  5. So if i don't have characters from Natlan but I pull for Mavuika and Citlali, should I use Mavuika, Pyro Traveler, Citlali and Yelan, or Mavuika, Citlali, Pyro Traveler and Bennet?

  6. For someone that has Hu Tao at C1R1, and no interest in other Natlan characters, is it worth pulling for Mauvika for dps purposes, or best to stay with Hu Tao? Not sure I’ll be able to fully utilize Mauvika without the Natlan support, but curious if she could be a powerhouse without other Natlan characters.

  7. Back in Sumeru, I expected Dehya to replace Xianling in Childe team. She didn't. Ok, just need to wait for Pyro-archont instead. Pyro-archont releasing💀💀💀 We didn't have enough pyro-dps for shure
