I'm saving up for baal and I got yoimiya. And I thought I have no chance in getting baal because I only have 2k primo left, So i pulled another 10 and got another yoimiya. Fuck my life

would yoimiya be a good pairing with beidou/razor sayu and chongyun/xingqiu??
I was lucky to get Yoimiya on first few pulls (Sayu was first pull). But for me Yoimiya produces pretty decent amount of elemental particles when her elemental skill is up. The bow from BP is pretty good too (though I use it on Ganyu) since the pull in whirlwind, when you use the burst in conjuction and switch character so the burst explosion AoE damages nearby enemies nicely. At the moment I use Kazuha's elemental skill for that though.
I’ve loved Yoimiya since Genshin first released her teaser so I was really looking forward to her banner, even more now that I got her. Her playstyle is just so fun! I’m currently using her with Mona (for the sole reason that I’m close to reaching friendship 10 with her lol), but I’m pretty excited to put her and Childe in the same team and see how well they synergize.
Btw, I really don’t understand why do people who don’t like her send so much hate to those who do? Like it’s just a pve game at the end of the day, the choices of those who pulled for her do not affect you at all trust me lmao
I like her but I have too many pyro characters is the reason I'm skipping. Amber is enough for me but have fun and good luck fellow Yo-Yo fans! 🔥🔥🔥

Welp today at 1 pm i logged in my eu acc and tapped on the wish and saw i had 168 primogems so i pulled thinking meh another 3 star but golden colour blew me away and it was a 50/50 and i was like so far from pity .. Like60 or 50 pulls away from pity .
Yoimiya appeared and i screamed butt load of swear words
Well some may say wow damn lucky but i couldnt help but cry .. Because i still havent build so many of characters and then she came up now i dont know anymore plus
Spiral abyss flr 11:3 need burst dps to burst down the hypostasis in that little defenseless moment and flr12 is so fucked up for me who has only support builds 2 star only

If electro get buffed..it will also benefit yoimiya

Im really happy that I got her! been saving since eula banner ending up having 190+ fates, got diluc and Luckily got a c1 yoimiya, planning to get c2 on her rerun banner. But yeah overall she's pretty fun to play! That rapid normal attack animation which is my type of playstyle, and yes she lacks aoe but when her e is about to end, enemies already dead 😆. Gotta give her that triple crown that she deserves ☺

her additions to the game is not so hyped because people are so focused on reaction this and one-shot that.
don't get me wrong she can be focused built around that but her playstyle is decent damages go pew pew pew, hell even her charged attack are designed for reactions-built and her ult is another boost to your team so it's a W
As a Yoimiya owner I can say she is in a desperate need of a buff. Remove ICD, increase burst damage, increase charged attack damage, give her the ability to trigger her mark… any of those and she would be a proper 5*. Currently she is a 4* with a 5* cost.
I really want to get Yoimiya, but I have to save for Baal 😭

For every monster Pyro DPS, there's always a Mona/Xingqiu in play.
i found that using albedo e can proc the ult Auros Blaze even if u use yoimiya

I just find her gameplay design kinda weird—she’s an on-field DPS cos of her skill, but to make the most of her burst, she has to be off-field? And for a character based around fireworks she basically has no AoE. It doesn’t really make sense to me. But I did enjoy trialling her, the ranged rapid-fire style is fun. Since my only bow DPS is Ganyu and my only Pyro DPS are Klee and Yanfei, I might have rolled for Yoi if Baal wasn’t coming up.

I tried single pull for sayu since my pity was 4, but ended getting yoimiya on the second pull😭, my guaranteed that i was saving for baal is goneee, wrong timing for being lucky
I lost the 50/50 at first 10 pull to a qiqi, and then got her at 40 wishes
so i get her and basically just want to lose 50/50…but she really do damage..mine just level 20 and can do around 2k damage with 2 pc shimenawa

I could only roll for Sayu, which I got after a 10-Pull and a C1 after 2 10-Pulls. Baal being an Archon shifts my focus of attention to her, even though Yoimiya seems very fun to play and I can easily build her… The pain…

I think she would work really well with venti and diona against small enemies, since she could hit the grouped enemies in venti's cryo infused burst
