Genshin Impact Theory – The Tsaritsa’s plan Revealed || Inazuma, The Pawn, and The King's Gnosis

In this Genshin Impact Theory, I explore some of the aspects of the 1.4 update which I believe gave us some clues as to what the Tsaritsa is planning, as well as explore the motivation of the Electro Archon Ball.

I hope you all enjoy it!

  1. The traveler must be like a wild joker card thrown into a game of chess, a game piece that can mimic any other game piece and it's from a completely different game
and joker cards always come in pairs of two

  2. Given the twists and turns we were given from We Will Be Reunited, it's clear that the other sibling and the Tsaritsa has similar end goals, just different in execution. I'm sure that the Tsaritsa has noble causes. Zhongli wouldn't just give away his Gnosis in exchange for something that he didn't agree with. As he's filled with regret with how he has acted in the past, it's clear that Zhongli agrees with Tsaritsa's motives. The chess analogy is an excellent one. Many things add up.

  3. I have a theory but it contains some spoilers.
So for anyone who hasn't played Honkai Impact.
    Spoiler Warning:

In the story of honkai we learn that the Kiana we play and venture with is not the real Kiana, but instead a clone of the original.
And the original Kiana is nowhere to me found yet.
My theory states that the goddess that appears before Aether and Lumine might be the original Kiana.
I says this due to the fact that Clone Kiana was a herrcher candidate until she became herrcher of the void, so it makes sense that the Original Kiana will most likely be a candidate for a herrcher, but with different powers.
It makes sense since both games take place in parallel universes, both sustainer and herrcher of the void contain alot of similarties, both worlds also happen to have a war the took place 500 years prior.
My friends and I discussed this and it seems really plausible.

  4. One thing that confuses me is that if the gnosis is really meant to be a means of control (as stated by certain comment(s) on this video), then why has Celestia not done anything to control the archons' behaviour (assuming that there is a way for Celestia to know if one of the gnosis has been separated from its corresponding archon)? I doubt Celestia will overlook things to the extent that you can do something as big as the Tsaritsa is and go unnoticed— especially since it threatens their position as the supreme rulers of Teyvat. This leads me to question the presence of a traitor among the Fatui Harbingers, since foiling the Tsaritsa's plans will make for the perfect punishment…but you never know ig

  5. oh I never thought she was taking the gnosis so that the archons would not bend to Celestia's will, I thought she was going to use the power of the gnosis to go against Celestia.
Oh and what if the Celestia is the Honkai of Teyvat, and the twins are from the world of Honkai, looking for worlds that are not affected by the Honkai

  6. You know the factor that history doesn't say that venti appeared makes me remember the quote from teyvat chapter preview there for murata's chapter said this:
The Victors shall burn bright while the losers shall become ash

  7. Imagine being the Archon of Love, who is known for loving all living beings, and being forced to annihilate an entire nation. That being said there are several players on the board here, and Khaenri'ah was also probably partly to blame in some way due to apparently being a warlike nation themselves. The mystery just gets deeper. I can't wait for Inazuma and eventually meeting the electro Archon.

  8. My Theories:

    1. Hillicurl already exist before Khaenri’ah, then we can conclude that maybe Hillicurls are people that has been cursed by Celestia or Hillucurls was created as an army by Khaenri’ah itself.

    2. In recent archon quest we know that our siblings came/wake up first (for god knows how long) before us. What if … Our siblings HELP Khaenri’ah people to develop their kingdom?

And when Celestia decided to attack Khaen’riah, our siblings take us to go away from Teyvat only yo be attacked by the unknown goddess (i have a feeling that even she is not the “King” in Celestia)

    4. We sleep/sealed for 500 years. Varka expedition has something to do with our awakening?

    5. Is Khaenri’ah already established 2000 years ago when Archon war happen?

  9. What if Celestial is not evil? Since a chess game have 2 side then if celestial is the white side then black side would be a place beyond the seven maybe khanri’ah is a pawn of the black side and it got too close to the end of the board(Ascension) therefor the celestial have to remove them. “ like a weed removed from the garden of the gods “ – dain

  10. Guess the question is as to who the king is in all of this. Is it the sustainer? Or is there someone else above her. Also what role does Lumine play in all of this? Is she secretly working with the Tsaritsa? Guess we will know in 5 years or so 😀

  11. What i think is, celestia basically has the element / control over time whereas khenriah had the control over space
They may be similar in terms of power (which is said as they weren't watched over by gods) so celestia did an unexpected attack to destroy them and be on top
    (Just my opinion)

  12. Well done as always. Here's hoping for another surprise story update a la 1.3.

EDIT: Oh. OH. Snezhnaya is the most technologically advanced nation. Who knows how much tech they might have amassed/developed while they bide their time?

  13. That makes me wonder if the Archon war was like a chess game, with two sides and two kings. One queen is the Venti, the god of Freedom. The second queen would be the god of Time (and that could be Paimon).

  14. I only have one question now. And maybe I’m incorrect but at least Tartaglia. Wouldn’t he perhaps be considered a threat? He appears to have a vision though perhaps it is a delusion but nonetheless it seems to align with the other hydro characters and in a way as well what the hydro archon notices in people? Is it a sign Tartaglia while loyal still fights on the side of justice or truly believes in what he is doing? Or do they use him knowing full well he may be a threat and become the archon? Maybe I heard it wrong but I’m just now curious if that does anything considering how he seems to be a vision user though maybe again it can be a delusion I just don’t think so.

  15. I don't know where I red this, but I'm not sure it's true: they say thata Baal is actually affiliated/friend with the Cryo Archon, but I think this would as well explain what she is doing.
And I love this theory– I noticed the gnosis looked something like chess pieces but it was always quick and I've never really analyzed them.
Bonus: maybe the king is the misterious goddes at the beginning? I feel like it would make sense also because in this way all parts go in the same direction: we understand what the Tsaritsa want to do, and together with the Fatui, the Archon and maybe even the Abyss order we will fight her… But I feel it would be too easy y-y

  16. Is the death of the Dendro Archon a theory or is it actually confirmed? Also I don't undestend how 500 years leater people could have a dendro vision if the Archon is dead

  17. The former Dendro Archon could've choose to pass on (since if gods died or killed, which technically includes suicide, their powers will burst and not resonate with the land) after they woke up after the Khaenri'ah fall.

Well, honestly no one could blame them. You were forced to kill people, and wee guilt ridden. These things tends to lead the innocent murderer to commit suicide.

And this also adds up to the list of “Why Tsaritsa want to yeet Celestia”. One of her precious comrade in arms – friends, even – have gone because of Celestia, just to yeet a pretty much innocent civilization.

  18. La signora is very misterious and fulfills the role of a pawn , Since Venti said during their meeting that "she borrowed her smile and power from her master" which makes me think that the tsaritsa is the actual Pawn piece that can Claim and become any piece when it reaches the end of the chess board, just as she's collecting all gnosis.

  19. An interesting thing about the teased events ongoing in Inazuma is the parallels with real life Japan. Japan adopted an isolationist policy and they also had a "sword hunt" in their history.

During the Sengoku era, armies would confiscate swords from civilians to prevent uprisings and weaken the enemies of the current ruler. Also the confiscated swords were planned to be melted down to create a giant Buddha statue.

If we compare what Zhongli said during The Fond Farewell quest, you can see the similarities. The "Vision Hunt decree" was the order given to seize the visions from the people to remove threats to Baal's rule. Also they plan to to inlay the seized visions into a "statue of the Thousand-Armed, Hundred-Eyed God." The Buddha also has a form depicting it with a thousand arms and a thousand eyes.

  20. As the god of eternity, it'd make sense why the electro archon is taking everyone's visions to prevent them from taking her place. After all, how can one claim to be the "god of eternity" if their reign isn't eternal?

  21. Man am calling it now the unknown god and paimon are the two missing moon goddesses and Khaenri'ah killed the old dandro archon and so there was a cover up so no one can know about a mortal mechine killing a archon and albedo is none other then the missing dragon soul

  22. I must say your videos are one of the best when talking about the Genish Impact lore. After hearing several teories I think that Celestia isn't a kind of prison, but almost a deposit where valiant souls capable of becoming Archons lay in waiting. i don't remember what the introdutory video say about the Fire Archon, but if he was replaced after the release of Mondstadt, maybe we'll find Vanessa as the Fire Archon… Just a thought.
