Thinking ttds is good is like huffing and puffing copium. Jokes aside I disagree as a mobile player I always mess up rotations and give buff to the wrong characters. That is why it is my least favorite weapon.
Here we go again. For the engulfing lightning you still want an energy sands. It gives attack with the passive and WAY more er. A bit less damage but more er, bad advice.
Where's the dull blade
For Engulfing Lightning you can literally just use the catch. It obviously enables you to do more damage than with an r5 catch but the difference isn't huge. And even besides that its practically only good on Raiden and Xiangling. And either of these can just use the catch instead. If a weapon is the best at its niche (which basically almost every single signature weapon is) then the freaking everlasting moonglow donut thingy couple be in the top 5
One thing about engulfing lightning is not that right
Even with C3 R1my baal does more dmg with
ER sand + atk goblet than with
atk sand + electro goblet
Only if i use my
C6 sara with skyward harp lvl 13 E AND C5 bennett aquila lvl 13 Q in the same team the atk sand + electro goblet does more dmg
The CD doesnt realy change so i would say you need R2 or R3 to out dmg ER sand + atk goblet in any team not at R1 you probably need allmost perfect CR/CD rolls on the artifacts to out dmg it with R1
sacrificial spear foe Xiao would be great, free dash.

i would say fav lance and bow are on par with sac sword and sac bow… i think that fav lance in particular is one of the best weapons in the game because of the high base attack and the ER and the number of units who can use it – xiangling, baal, zhongli, rosaria, thoma and yun jin – for yun jin and zhongli you could argue its their best in slot and for Xiangling and Raiden it is really high up there (if you do the damage calculations, you lose about 15-20% damage compared to R1 BiS 5*, but if fav lance gives you higher ult uptime, that difference shrinks VERY rapidly). and vaf bow is great on gorou, diona
also an honorable mention could go to serpant spine – 55% CV and 50% universal damage bonus is riddiculous
Honestly the only thing that makes Engulfing Lightning a great weapon as of late would be the Emblem of Severed Fate set which honestly doesn’t cut it for the majority of polearm users. I think it’s a great weapon but it just doesn’t do it’s work when it comes to polearm users in general.
I actually use Harp on physical hybrid Fischl with a phys cup. She gets solid procs on the passive but it’s still nothing crazy, just a little bonus. But I do think Polar star is a better all around use bow
I do like the Skyward Harp, it's pretty much defined my account in a weird endearing way. Got it from the 20 Acquaint Fate free pulls you receive when you first create your account then just had Amber, who has always been my main, wield it from then on up till now without ever swapping it out.
When I was a beginner player, I’ve always wanted the skyward harp for its aesthetics alone. As I got more familiar with the game, I’m surprised to see that my favorite weapon is also a great weapon. Until this day, I still think skyward harp has the best design (in MY opinion) because I like the 2-in-1 aspect of it. Plus, my favorite instrument is the harp and my favorite weapon is the bow, so best of both worlds are designed onto this weapon for me! It’s a bonus that the weapon is powerful!

There is actually a lore reason that there is no Sac Spear. The weapons were originally used in stage performances about the aristocracy in Mondstadt. No one of the four noble houses of Mondstadt used spears as they were considered to be weapons that peasants used.
I personally think the best weapon is Serpent Spine. It's just a universal weapon that's good to every claymore characters regardless whether they are support or DPS they are gonna work very well. On top of that the passive skill is kinda strong. It's just straight up buffing your damage but that's the best part is. It include all type of damage that you deal. Your attack damage, skill damage and even burst damage got buffed. Still tho, this is just my opinion.
My favorite weapon is the Bell, literally fits on every claymore user

Honorable Mention ~> Kagura’s Verity (Still too soon to say for sure, but it’s pretty much the best dps catalyst for 90% of the cast. But it’s a catalyst. Sadge)

I disagree with Skyward Harp, It’s the most versatile sure, but it’s not the best option for anyone, it has about 60% crit value at r1 but the effect does almost nothing, meanwhile you have thundering pulse with the same 60 value and 20% atk from the effect which should put them at about the same atk value, and it has a better effect.
i lost my 50/50 to diluc on zhongli banner and was sad bc i needed zohngli fo my ganyu, then i levelled him up to 20 and from the free wish i got skyward harp (at like 30 pity) now ive got 35k hp diona her shield still breaks kinda quick but my ganyu doesnt die immediately
