  1. I think after Arlecchino aftermath there would be fillers again like what happened with Sumeru after 3.6

And yeah, having seen Nevillette broken strength now has me skeptical about newcomers and their performance by themselves

More like, I feel, they could be again future impact characters ✌️👀

  2. If Natlan is based on S America and Africa (forest+desert+savana), it will be similar to Sumeru(forest+desert)
This will for sure not be in taste for Monsdat Impact player, since the entire world is not Europe.

  3. Still have 5 filler patches, 4.4 liyue extension chenyu vale(don't know exact spelling) which will connect liyue with Fontaine. V4.6 final Fontaine area. Remaining 2 versions will have interlude chapters. And intro of natalan chars

  4. Ever since you went to China, you always sound like you're recording your video at gunpoint. I miss the energy you used to bring, though I can't blame you for being tired from your job.

  5. Geo should have had a unique interaction with dendro that helped geo more than it helped dendro since dendro doesn’t need any buffs lol. Just like electro needed a good reaction and got one maybe Geo should have too. And it didn’t have to be DPS related, it could have been support related too and opened up so many good geo dendro teams that don’t exist right now

  6. There are only 3 Geo 5 stars, one DPS, one utility, and one buffer(?) being Itto, Zhongli, and Albedo. I don’t use Geo, but even without reactions I think most neglected elements are fine if they have signature buffers and solid DPS’s.

For instance, Faruzan is an anemo DPS buffer, Kujou Sara (at C6) is an Electro DPS buffer, but Gorou ONLY buffs Itto. I think if he was a universal Geo buffer, Geo wouldn’t be suffering as much, granted they added more units to the element. Even aside from elemental reactions, Geo lacks in having sufficient options of characters to choose from for certain roles.

  7. Arlecchino looked amazing in the overture teaser and I had high expectations for her in the Fontaine archon quests…but ultimately she just felt like an afterthought when all is said and done. Even Navia had more screen time and character development than she did. I’m not trying to get myself hyped for her release as a playable character, as too much hype will lead to disappointment. I’m already happy with getting neuvi and furina from this region. Only want sigewinne and everyone else I’m ok with skipping or waiting until rerun. That said, always down for more exploration and it sounds like there will be another Fontaine map and another part of Liyue released before we go into summer events and ultimately natlan itself.

  8. Em..but what if, Geo is actually specifically in the game for people who don't want to deal with reactions and just click and see funny numbers? mb devs don't touch it cause it's the actual purpose of the element – to be dumb?

  9. I believe that GEO will remain valuable in the game. Please note that there are still elements that haven't been introduced yet. Surely, GEO will synergize with unreleased elements in the game. Also, SKIRK element has already been confirmed.

  10. I figure that Hoyo will soon enough rework or ressurect geo. They may not fundamentally add or change the crystallize reaction, but may find roundabout ways such as artifact sets that make crystallize an offensive reaction, a CC reaction, or a stronger shielding reaction.

It would be so cool to get a healing artifact set for geo. I believe geo is the closest element to having a healing elemental reaction. It already presents itself as a power-up element, with Archaic Petra solidifying the point, pun intended. And how would such an artifact set work? Simple, use Lucky Dog artifact set for reference. If picking up mora was recoded to be picking up crystallize shards, and the value of HP healed was increased to like 1500, then crystallize would be a powerful reaction for sustainability + interruption resistance. It would be like Baizhu- low durability, good healing. Thus, such an artifact set would make Furina cooperate in non-Noelle geo teams, so even Itto and Navia could incorporate Furina into their teams.

Otherwise, Hoyo may enact a bold move, and design and release the first non-anemo geo CC character. There are three variants of CC geo may use- Quicksand (would be based for a desert geo character), Magnetism (ferromagnetic ores are geo, such as nickel, cobalt, iron, neodynium, and magnetite), and Confusion (dust storms in enclosed area, *queue Spiderman 2 meme*)
If geo could get CC, then geo automatically becomes competent by virtue of such a contested character role. Sure, they may not have VV, but if they could provide IR, dmg buffs, or unique buffs that aren't available yet (CA buffs, Plunge attack buffs, even Yun JIn icy quills), then a geo CC character would be exceptional.
