This is surprisingly harder to make then the top 5 strongest Genshin impact characters one. Number 1 will suprise you (spoiler alert its a 5 star). Tried to make this as accurate as possible but I probably made a mistake lol.

I'm not hating or anything but I just wanted to say that you should probably look into Qiqi's lore some more. She can actually activate this adeptus power whenever she wants. Because she died when she got caught in the crossfire of an adeptus killing demons, the adepti took pity on her, they decided to revive her by each putting a portion of their own power into her body. She was revived as a zombie, but she also possessed a little bit of each adepti's power. She went feral a while later and they had to seal her in amber. Later she was broken out and there were seal talismans put onto her body so she wouldn't go insane again (as you can see the talisman on her hat). Qiqi is extremely powerful and could probably solo Klee (lore -wise). Also I don't think she has to look in her notebook when she fights. She looks like she struggles in the wind (not because shes weak or anything), but because she doesn't want her talisman/seal to get blown away.
Someone used a 1 HP Venti and beaten La Signora so Venti isn't weak…

Honestly I think Qiqi is very strong. Despite her tendencies to forget things, she managed to unleash her adepti power and defeated treasure hoarders by herself. It is said that she "sent the whole crew flying" (story 2)

When I saw Bennett’s I was like “WTF?!?” But when I kept watching I just started cracking up at that completely realistic series of events awaiting Bennett. 10/10 storytelling

Actually, in lore, Qiqi is REALLY STRONG in lore. Even the Adepti said it themself, because when they revived Qiqi, she had to seal her powers away because they were too strong.

Venti is the god of freedom. He wants Mondstadt to strive like a toddler who wants to walk, and he's just a parent that helps his sons and daughters to get up if they want to.
This isnt about it's gameplay strength, but it's about the strength during the quests.
And Diona is my support.

I think venti is strong bc if you keep an eye of it you may see he almost killed signora
venti may not be the strongest archon but i dont think he is that weak he fought in the archon war , took down decaradian and re shaped all of mondtstad he is able to channel elemental energy without a gnosis or vison and is able to create strong wind currents, he also was the one who used "the power of a thousand winds" to prevent the traveler from falling when first facing davlin he also managed to repair the holy lyre (sorry if didn't make sense English isn't my first language)
bruh qiqi is way more powerful then u think also if qiqi thinks something is super important she can remember for instance dr. baishu or the traveler think about that

Venti doesn't belong in the list cuz he only lost to La Signora because he still consider her as a Mondstadt citizen. And even w/o his Gnosis he can still pull up a fight just like the Raiden Shogun.
If Mihoyo really did consider Lore=Gameplay. Sara should've been a way better support than Bennet. A Tengu Warrior, Experience leader and general and definitely way more experience than Bennet does. Not saying I hate the guy but I just have a discomfort seeing how sometimes lore doesn't equate strength in game
