It's funny u didnt mention any team purely utilizing his atk speed buff, like with Ayato or Wanderer
I got C6 Mika in my attempts to get c2 shenhe so for i won 2 50/50 so i have c1 shenhe one more to go 😅
I've been testing out Mika with a Mika/Rosaria/Yun Jin team and slotting in different characters in electro/geo/cryo characters like Razor, Zhongli, Kaeya, Eula, Fischl, etc with pretty satisfying results, "mono-cryo-phys" teams with 3 cryo/phys + 1 flex slot for superconduct or freeze teams or another utility, but also some freeze comps like with Ayato + Mika/Rosaria/Yunjin or Wanderer/Heizou + Mika/Rosaria/Yelan with the cryo resonance and Rosaria buffing crit rate letting me get away with building less crit rate and more crit damage on the main dps.
Kinda wish HYV released him later though after they flesh out phys more but I'm still having fun with him in different teams
I run him with Cyno, I dont care about his physical damage buff, but i get an extra attack per eye in cyno's burst mode, Im pretty sure he isnt actually meant to be paired with 5 stars so much as he is meant to band aid some 4 stars. He also help with Dehya, letting her swing that big sword a bit faster which while not great helps a little.
But im fairly new to genshin so I might be completely wrong

We can use Mika in Ayato hypercarry team like: Ayato,Candace,Yun Jin and Mika
Or we can use him to buff Yoimiya's and Wanderer's NA atk speed
Mika sucks. Useless. Hoyoverse is a low quality company now. Case closed
