Sandrone could be situated in ruins of Khaenri'ah and studies the mechanical arts. In the description of Khaenri'ah it does state that people still live there to this very day meaning she would have access to the ruins with her robot. As for Natlan, we're building up the hype meanwhile The Abyss is sitting quietly out of eyes currently.. I believe that this may be a 3 – 4 sided battle in Natlan with the Archon of War, Harbingers, The Abyss and Traveller. all going out between one another.
I got a random theory where in the BP cutscene the princess is actually Tsaritsa who got corrupted with the abyssal / forbidden knowledge and built an army in order to destroy Celestia once and for all. The Abyss and Tsaritsa's will allign with their goals. Both want to cause havoc onto Teyvat, Both want to remove the authority of gods and Both want to remove Celestia. I don't think this is purely a coincidence. I believe we will re-unite with our twin in Snezhnaya.

A thing on his arm looking like the thing that goes up to one of Paimons knees, a few symbols being the same. I feel their attires are similar in a number of ways and we know Hoyo doesn’t usual add things coincidentally. I’m theorising that she might also be one of Golds creations. I think people shouldn't allow themselves to be overhyped by Natlan. There is so much that needs to happen that I doubt Hoyo will provide as much as people think in that region, unless they cut a lot of it down to the unvoiced World Quests. But hopefully, if Irminsul is burned in that region, everyone will finally remember our lord and savior, Rukkhadevata.

That's why Dottore said in the Sumeru Archon quest to Nahida that she only have the Advantage against him temporarily by deleting his clones, and in the End Nahida will lose the Irminsul as a retaliation from Dottore
Unless they did a redesign of Urminsul, then thats not it. It looks a lot different in the sumeru storyline. Besides, dont you think that the nation of fire might have a burning tree or 2? Honestly this Urminsul plot idea is very unlikely.
