You are wrong ablout xiao tho, he doesnt have higher damage than ganyu
In my opinion Xiao is A tier because he needs lots of support just to be good like Healing and Shield 🛡 and energy recharge or else his ultimate won't come until forever and his damage will just be good but not op and at the same time he dies very easy.
i hope hu tao can be tier SS in next banner
I dump bennett for jean because his elemental burst even with 200% energy recharge takes too long regenerate. Maybe if i got favonius sword or sacrificial sword ill use him again. I dont like Festering desire at all on bennett

If you cannot complete all the quest in Liyue using these 4 you are nub
there is no such thing as tier list except for abyss and currently beidou is definitely higher than razor. Jean can cleanse all debuffs that should be S tier. F2P Keaya is S tier with iron sting melt comp.
