Looks so bad. Sorry but only vibrant saturated colours reflect genshins fantasy world properly. If it were to look realistic then whats the fantasy in it?
it looks like you are using additional filter settings or reshade. Just turn off fog doesn't give the game that strong color. I am playing on Ultra with rtx 3080 and still doesn't get this look.
