I would rather put a finger in my arse.
I am hesitant to use this kind of tool because Hoyoverse may detect it with its automation and consider it as a "cheating" tool that will automatically ban my account.
I was very hesitant to do this since I have such an easy time putting together builds, only ended up making incredibly nuanced ~1% dps changes, which isn't relevant at all, but it's still very cool to see. What I like is I can set crit rate requirements etc. and see just how much dps I'm losing out on, I love consistency with characters like Eula or even more granular ones, but only at certain costs. Also stuff like how much Sara's C6 actually adds to the equation, for example, this is the real reason I finally broke and started using the optimizer. (Also fun to see what the highest numbers I could possibly hit are, without actually having to crit fish to find out)
As a nerd . watching someone who has no idea but figuring stuff out is oddly interesting
also if i ever decide i wanna be more competetive i guess i can try this stuff . it would be another site and program id have to install in my already 30+ programs for niche uses that i have

So Moga you might want to go into Artifact Configuration and select the option on Shimenawa's that uses 15 energy. Might make Shime best set on Yoi ^.-

There's a risk of ur account being banned if u use the auto stuff because it's an auto clicker……..
I can't imagine the amount of work that went into this. All for a pay 2 win game that will one day be shut down and everyone will lose everything.

There are some small details that actually didn't make this as the best Yoimiya build. You can choose multiple hits and set to optimise them instead. Difference is, Yoimiya doesn't Vape all her NA, so when you choose to optimise only vaped NA, it will try to optimise only that (there are multi-target option).
i use this tool to get my ayato E 9-10k always crit with 4 star weapon without any buff

just spent 30 minutes trying to get the scanner to work best thing ever.
That's such a stupid program imo for normal players that don't do dmg showcases or screenshot dmg showcases,i guess it CAN help but seriously it feels like about 2400 times more effort to use it than it is to use your brain and actually think of a build yourself you know,Genshin is not that hard to begin with to need tools you can easly come up with good builds just by thinking,probably alot of ppl are unable to do that activity XD
Seriously i'd rather become a scientist and cure cancer than try to use that it would still be less of a hassle but hey if ppl find it useful then good for them i'd say.

You can manual input your rotation and tell the optimizer which hits are the one getting vaporized, and which arent. It does require a lot more work though, but it let's you optimize your whole rotation instead of a single hit. Some scanners also let you scan for characters+cons and weapons on top of artifacts.

I think the only issue with the optimizer build is that you were vaping on the wrong hits.

Unless I missed it later on, you didn't enable the Thundering Pulse passive (to the left of the box where you selected it as Yoi's weapon). And as others are pointing out, 4pc set effects were all disabled, that's why you were getting 2pc set mixes.
To avoid having to dismantle other characters' builds, you can either uncheck "Use Equipped Artifacts" or click the cog icon next to it to set up a priority list of characters, such that characters lower in the order (or not on the list at all) won't attempt to steal artifacts from the ones above them when getting optimizer results. I usually put my VV users at the top, because imo nobody's substats are worth breaking a 4pc VV set, followed by my personal favorites, Emblem users, various other subDPSes and the 4pc buff set users.

You should definitely try to see your biggest possible elemental burst hit with raiden shogun using the optimizer! I did this with my hu tao and hit over 1mil, it's such an incredible tool
