Did you know a streamer found celestia , old news but yes the one above liyue new area os just a pass through model but there is one outisde the map, right of monstad like out of bounds and up above if you gltich there you can see arther,lumine and the goddess, all statue of 7 point towards that celestia.
New? I've been doing infinite plunges since Mondstadt. You can do this almost everywhere there's a hole in the floor or two close objects. The easiest place IMO are Stormterror's Lair and Yaoguang Shoal's hillichurl island fort.
