Aight just to give these people some numbers, they want to make less female characters in the game because currently the roster is 29 girls (30 if you count Aloy) and 13 boys. And I don’t know if this has any significance but I (a female player) am not gachaing any of female characters other than Sayu and I’d much rather get a Thoma banner than Baal. They need to start appealing to all demographics that play which is why they’ve made this choice. It’s not even poor choice of words people can get tired of the same thing eventually.

Imagine getting triggered just because someone is displease at the fact that Genshin literally has a 2:1 female to male ratio (Legit, 24 (27 next patch) Female characters to 12 Male), the guy didn't even say anything about the female characters, just that there are a LOT of them.
