Anyway, recently there’s been an error in translation by a reliable leaker, SYP. They translated a tweet which leaked the 3.7 banners, and called it semi-reliable. Anyway, here’s that tweet: As you can see, it’s pretty obvious that the current speculations of 3.7 banners are accurate, however, the wave emoji is what threw everyone off, including SYP. This emoji caused everyone to think that instead of Alhaitham, it was Childe/Tartaglia who’s getting a rerun, because Childe is riding a wave in his splash art.
However, rest assured because in another tweet, the leaker corrected themselves, and I quote: “Not Childe, [it’s] Alhaitham. Apologies”, this is because Alhaitham’s name translates to ‘Ocean’ in that language. They also said, “We cannot confirm this ourselves, but the banner information below is considered reliable enough to share”. And ended the tweet by confirming the 4 and 5-stars on the 3.7 banners. This tweet has been by a leaker called YC Genshin Impact. He previously leaked the Ganyu and Baizhu banners in 3.6, and it turned out to be correct, which makes this person somewhat reliable.
