  1. My opinion on alternate outfits:
Jean – Don't care. Still has too much white, which I'm not a fan off in general (if her hair is not blonde, then I wouldn't be so gun-ho about her outfit having too much white). And the original has these red colors too but I don't like the armpit fanservice with OG Jean so hmmmm, I'm pretty mixed with her rn.
Amber – It didn't changed jack shit, dawg–
Rosaria – Ayo, she actually looks goth now lmao. But I do wish the fishnets carried over to her alternate outfit to enhance the big titty gothy gf vibes. Yes.
Mona – looks fanmade wtf lmao. Yeah no, I don't like her new design. As much as coomer her OG design is, I think it fits her imo. But that's just me.

  2. What exactly do they have to censor in china? The outfits look pretty much the same… that's beyond my ken i guess. But Rosaria looks better now. On the other ones i prefer the old skin.

  3. I really enjoy the alternative outfits. Much better than the censored versions CN server has right now (censored Mona looks naughtier than the original one). I really like alternate Rosaria though, looks even more badass.

  4. I just fucking cannot believe how people are like "Hell, yeah. This is awesome!" First of all, anybody, literally anybody, making the argument that someone like Jean was too sexualized is insane. Might as well make every woman wear a suit at that point. Want to wear a dress? Well fuck you, too much thigh skin. Second, this is a government we are talking about. There hasn't been a single government in world history that only hated what people were wearing.

They will censor more things including the story from having any serious moral discussion. This will also include anything that's not heterosexual. A.k.a gays begone. You can also bet your ass that men who might be too pretty won't exist anymore. I bet Venti and Xingqiu will get censored as well. IT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO FEMALE CHARACTER DESIGN.

And holy shit, don't even get me started on Twitter. So many people on Twitter are fucking hypocrites. They tweet how they love these changes, and how horny simps should fuck off. Women are too sexualized in Genshin. But when you check their profile, and especially what tweets they have liked, most of them are literally liking sexualized designs of women, and more importantly, gay men or feminine men. Motherfucker, CCP would instantly censor those things you have literally liked in an instant if they could. It feels like I'm taking crazy pills.

  6. I actually think they
all look amazing. I dont agree with the censorship but i can still like them. I like how rosaria looks more badass, Jean wears a suit and women in suits = hot. I like Mona's new one too, not a fan of the swimsuit look bc all i can think about is how uncomfortable it looks lmao.

  7. censored law is the most bs law explicitly on video games i don't care is a CN only thing, why we can't enjoy characters we want,i don't like everything has to label is too sExuUAlLy,Mona and Rosaria are not bad they all like winter outfit,i know just faking a video game nobody give the f in the end,i still hope censored law is not a thing on video games.

  8. theres almost no difference with amber skin its weird… but mona thigh highs not bad cant complain there its a nice alternate. <3 lol

also rosaria's looks cool at least i'll say that its looks more like a nun and im ok with that i dont mind it at all and jeans is pretty cool but all they did censor her cleavage and add abit more green and stuff though so its kinda meh but she does look more dapper/distinguished and im ok with that to but only if these are alternates and not there only default skins now if thats the case then im gonna be very upset and understandably so…

btw i got keqing skin, shenhe, c2 yunjin wish i got c6 or at least c4 though… and i got c6 chongyun, c2 qiqi and c2 lisa not bad huh? <3 lol

  9. I would uninstall this game right now, for now the my gf plays this with me but the moment they censor ANYTHING on my game this game is deleted and who knows the account. Stupid puritan political shit or retarded changes are not allowed in my realm.

  10. "oh i like the new skin" the retarded comments. Who cares about political censorship. Keep going, nothing stops them. The consequences of this shit should be no more game development in China and people going to other countries, Mihoyo already did it , they are now in Singapore.

  11. One of the things that I really like about the character designs in Genshin and Arknights is that they don´t sexuality their characters as much compared to other gachas (Azur Lane for example). Needless to say I really liked these redesigns. It annoys me when I look at a character and can tell right away that something was implemented only for fan service, like Shenhe´s hip windows and an army general like Gorou walking around in a crop top. However, I don´t condone censorship, so I think these versions should be an alternative and that people should be allowed to also use the originals.

  12. I actually enjoy these skins more than the defaults more everyone except Mona. She basically got Eula'd in this new version, and in my opinion it doesn't fit her.
But Jean seems more dignified and formal, Amber seems more balanced in color and Rosaria's definetly a battle nun now. I like it.
I'll definetly use there over the default ones, I'm sorry for people in Asia not having a choice.

  13. Amber cleavage is gimped and outright removed, that's the key change. Jean armpits are gone as well, expecially in the splash art. Mona is now Generic Mage nº1 and Rosaria, well she can rock anything. Still, CCP censorship is the ultimate oof.

  14. The main issue for us with this is that future characters will be effected, since I doubt they will wanna make 2 versions of each character ,one with a normal dress and one with the china censored version. meaning we will likely just have censored characters from now on. also no more femboys like venti and potentially story changes too. which is a shame.

  15. Yea its been a while since the last controversy so this is right on schedule.

Honestly I'll defend Mihoyo here, with the Cn regulations they probably didn't have a choose honestly. I'm just happy that for NA it's optional. I think that is the best way they could of approached it tbh.
