I also compare the chats 4 star tier list to my own. I believe there is a lot of insight to be accrued in this video for the part of the genshin community that isn’t very informed in this regard.

A question, what makes Kaeya a tier under Rosaria? You said that Rosaria could be A tier as well but is it because of how her burst and skill works? Because her skill is a two hit move so it allows her to easily proc favonius and her burst can be used in a melt team with xiangling but I feel like their talent values are so similar and Kaeya’s increased particle generation in freeze teams let him be next to Rosaria imo

is xinyan is really dark skinned or just tanned? since she is liyuean and i don't think i have seen a dark skinned liyuean NPC in the game.
I feel like people are being too harsh on Shinobu too quickly. She could go through some scaling changes when the patch releases and maybe the patch delay could fix it. And even if she doesn't get scaling changes, her healing is still very good and can be useful with certain characters. A lot of people thought Ganyu, Kazuha, and Kokomi were underwhelming pre release (early release in kokomi's case) but they ended up being very good units that are very useful in multiple scenarios so we'll just have to wait and see until her release to see how good she really is
What are your thoughts on TCs who say Sucrose is competitive with Kazuha in EC and Vape with tryhard techs like Gouba swirl?
You often want a 2nd Kazuha and obviously Venti's the go to in Freeze, but outside that I often prefer Sucrose. What's holding her back from Broken tier?

Is kujo Sara’s skill worth crowning to lvl 13?
Sayu's healing is actually really good with the fast ticks and good amount per tick. Not sure if that bumps her up but if she's in the same tier as Xinyan then I think it's wrong. I think swirl VV is pretty valuable for a healer and she can also equip wolfs gravestone (yeah i know 5 star) for atk bonus for the team. her damage isn't really good though so I get it.

That's tier list is cap if Guro and sarah is B tier then Bennett should be B tier also on the fact Noone will C6 him cause it only benefits Pyro units the fact you can't use him at his fullest cause it will hurt some characters should bring him down to a B tier
I still think you are not seeing shinobu's potential simply because the numbers according to you look garbage when I know very well the damage numbers dont matter the healing ones do if the burst doesnt do good damage for you then dont use it dont invest all you really need from her is her skill which applies electro and heals well enough (more than barbra because her skill heals faster and has less downtime with the addition of not self applying hydro). If the EM scaling aint doing it for you then dont invest shes not meant to be doing damage shes meant to be helping the team do damage through enabling reactions like superconduct and electrocharged. Even if you do dabble into EM in the substats then itll just be a benefit even if it isnt much flat healing or damage her reactions will be stronger which will make up for her poor skill damage scaling. Her burst uses the same stat as her healing which is what you use her for in which case if you truly want to use her burst use a fav sword so she can procc the passive more reliably before she leaves the field (if you have enough crit rate) and become a better battery for your team. She also shines very well in phys comps and while she doesnt shred any resistances or DEF she can reliably trigger super conduct with eula while also keeping eula alive for more field time and when running 4pc tenacity it pushes eula's damage even further. With this in mind you can instead of having 2 different units fill in the healer and electro applicator you now have a free unit toslap into the team to help push eula's damage output even further. Shinobu does not infact suck and shes pretty flexible shes just best in a phys comp saving units like fischl and raiden for other teams that benefit from them more
