I just wanted to comment on something, although either way still your list. but with yae miko, all the things you brought up against her were in line with judging her based against other dps characters when she's not really a dps. sub-dps is anything, but shes more of a support than either of those. im not too attached to miko, i got her when building pity for kokomi so i was salty at her for a bit, but the way she works is basically like fischl. you bring her out, use her e (which has at c0 3 charges, 3 out at any time max. which has a 3 second cooldown might i add) and switch to your main dps. her foxes each attack, randomly, but they each count as their own attack. so thats 3+ extra unkillable attackers on the field applying electro, and her foxes damage scales based on her EM. for every point of EM miko has her foxes deal 0.15% more damage. my miko has 692 em rn, with a wanderers 2 piece and thundering fury 2 piece (so lucky on the electro dmg thundering cup ugh) and each individual hit from her foxes is doing around 3-4k each. shes great for superconduct phys damage teams i think. felt i should put my two cents in just based on how you were judging the characters, which is how they should be and not by judging the dps of a healer against other dps because of course theyre awful then they heal not damage.

Every tier list is always controversial. Don't be too serious. hahaha
For me, Qiqi is a better healer than Babara. I used her quite often before I got Zhongli. Thoma isn't really easy to build because he needs ER and HP, and if he uses Favo polearm, he needs crit rate too. However, he's a good character. I put him with Kazuha, Kaeya and Xingqiu. With this team, he doesn't have problem with ER. Thoma is also the best at C4.
As a Kaeya main, I'm sad that many tier lists put him in low tier, but I understand that he will be a god at C6 which is harder to get than 5-star characters. I also feel like he is designed to be physical/cryo DPS so he's a good support for only a few character (and himself).
I think Hoyo started making new DPS characters that can support others too like Yelan and Ayato. Moreover, some people play characters not in the way that Hoyo wanted them to be such as Shogun who should be support but she's DPS and Yelan/Yae who is DPS but some players put her in support. It depends on how you build, your team and characters' playstyle.

wanderer's is better for yanfei actually! with a good pyro goblet it's a pretty op set on her. and her cons are so good too. i'm a proud yanfei main btw
Diluc's old days of glory are behind him. Therefore, this topic is not controversial anymore, when it comes to claymore DPS units, Eula and Itto are better. When it comes to pyro units, Yoimiya and Hu Tao are better, so that's about it. He is still good, though. I can agree with many things there in your tier list, but as in all tier lists, no with everything. Eula and Itto are great units, but they are held back by their elements, in case of Eula by her physical damage. They can hit like a truck. However, they need great items, weapons and for Itto's case, he needs also other Geo units. This is not problem for Ayaka and Hu Tao. They are fast, they attack really guickly and they are Cryo and Pyro (best possible elements to have). They can do they work perfectly, they melt or freeze shields of mages and heralds like a truck. Hu Tao can do more dmg with low Hp, but for this reasons shield supports have some use and are not unnecessary. Pair her with Thoma, Diona or in the best case scenario with Zhongli and Albedo, thus you don't need to care about HP anymore. Every character must have some disadvantages. We don't want to have Venti, Ganyu or Zhongli things to happen again. So if it was me, Hu Tao and Ayaka are definitely S tier, because of their element and the fact that their time to clear everything is the fastest, which is of course the most needed requirement for these units. They are DPSes after all. You want to clear everything in the fastest possible way. Eula is still S tier. She still can be used for superconduct or other reactions thanks due to her E,Q cryo applications. She is also the fastest claymore user. Her speed is also great, the fact that she is physical = she can be effective against all units with different elements (shields are the only problem, though). Itto on the other hand is the strongest primarily with other geo units, this element has it's flaws. Hence, you want him to have really good damage scaling. You can reach that, but once again, you need many things to consider. You need great artifacts, great weapons and in this case also your specialized units. Itto is definitely strong, he has just the widest range of DMG. You can either do a lot of dmg or do almost nothing. Geo, however has capability to destroy shields, so he can benefit from it. To sum up, they are all S tier but in this order Hu Tao = Ayaka > Eula > Itto. S tier itself has really wide range. So broken and also strong units are in the same location. We need at least add SS or in some cases also SSS tier so as to divide and place them correctly. This is of course just my own opinion and I'm talking about their pure strenght, no about their design and personality. If I was talking about it, the order would be undoubtedly different. P.S.: Rosaria S tier is something, what I cannot imagine myself. However, i love her and she can do her work perfectly, so I agree. + Her mysterious behaviour is great too.
ayaka at A what ππ shes arguably the best dps in the game and is basically the same powerlevel as ganyu the only difference they have is that ayaka is close ranged and ganyu is far ranged

While Iβm aware that this is for fun and heavily based on your personal opinion (which I respect, of course). I generally still donβt like the idea of tierlist as there are some people out there who take these kind of stuff as a gospel, and of course, a person who make the tierlist sometime have bias toward a certain character OR doesnβt have the fundamentals knowledge of the game.
Itβs very hard to evaluate character as there are a lot of factors you have to take into account i.e. the test environment, investment, mechanical skill, enemy, etc. for example, if you put ST DPS in AoE environment, of course, they are going to lose against DPS who specialize in AoE. skill issue is also a thing, the prime example of this is Hu Tao, she scales up based on individual mechanical skill. the more efficiency you are at playing her, the more damage she does. so if you are not doing animation cancel or not learning her combo and just spam NA, then youβre not playing the top tier Hu Tao that people are talking about. another good example is Zhongli. yeah, his damage is barely existence or doesnβt contribute much to the rotational DPS but how much DPS you gain from not dodging ? you understand what Iβm saying ? itβs very difficult to measure that.
thatβs why in TC community, we donβt do tierlist, we usually focus on how to improve the character, how to play them optimally, how to squeeze every ounce of their potential.
Anyway, if you ask me what Im thinking of this tierlist. Iβd say itβs very bad but thatβs fair. I meansβ¦ not everyone is a hardcore player or good at math. I also would love to point out some of these take but well, I donβt want to get canceled or death threat in the reply comment section (you know this is how it is.. majority of Genshin playerbase are a bunch of horny children and teenage who takes any bad word or criticism against their waifu as personal attack)

Ayato specializes in other types of teams such as taser or soup team, while Childe is more functional in vaporize teams as his elemental skill applies the hydro element without ICDs, on the contrary Ayato cannot with only his elemental skill and needs also his elemental burst to apply correctly vaporize on Xiangling's elemental burst

Wow, I agreed with almost every pick until Yelan, and this is coming from a proud Yanfei and Noelle main. Yelan can be a great support like Xingqiu or an amazing main DPS if you spec her right. 9/10 tho, good tier list.
As a Traveller sub-main, I'd rather be called a liar than lie to myself. Have been since Azhdaha's release.
