I know this will get some heat as all tier lists do. I do not claim it to be perfect but it represents my experience when playing this game along with how the "GENERAL" playerbase feels about these characters. In the end, you will have to try each for yourself and find out whether they are suited for you. But with that said, this should be something you can look to when needing guidance.

Dude! As a beginning player this video has sooo much usefull info! Not just slapping a tier list together but taking the time to explain everything is very helpful.
diluc above eula and xiangling? Childe below keqing? sorry, but this aint it chief, and this is coming from someone with a triple crowned keqing, but firework childe and reverse vape childe with xiangling easily beats keqings teams as of now. And even though it is painful to admit, diluc can't match up to a xiangling with constellations for the fact that you can snapshot her burst and switch to another dps while xianglin brings diluc tier destruction off-field
I don’t get why no one understands how op Albedo really is he literally gives you free 1000+ damage every 2 seconds plus his ult gives a lot of elemental mastery to the whole team. Easy S
How is diona S 😐 just coz she has a shield ? What about Noelle and rock pyro girl and literally every geo character? Diona is trash she does nothing.

this tier list not fair enough.. i dont think xiao and eula better than xiangling, fischl, beidou, sucrose, and jean… both of them only do more dmg nothing else, while xiao can break any elemental shield of enemy, eula cant do that (only water or fire shield) and it takes a long time to do that and her burst's CD of way too long..
xiangling, fischl, beidou also good dps can do many things like a dps, sub-dps, or support like applying electro and pyro non-stop. they can leave area to support your dps ( beidou when using burst)
beidou : can be tanker and if you have enough Energy Recharge stat, she can do burst non-stop… her burst is the main dmg of her !! her main dps its not parrying at all.. ofc if you have c2 its more OP.
fischl : oz at c6, the faster you attack, oz also do the same.. when elemental reaction occurencce oz deal more dmg (thender from above) thats mean when your main dps doing elemental attack/skill/burst there are more dmg from thunder.. she is a walking battery.
jean heal : cleansing debuff ( anemo fit well with almost element)
sucrose : grouping enemy
they are above klee, diluc, xiao and eula if you make this tier list are utillities character rather than dps, they should be at S tier rather than a tier.. thats mean xiangling, beidou, and fischl, jean and sucrose are the same kind as xingqiu…
you should make hutao high A tier better than diluc.
at 1.6 versions elemental reactions do more dmg thats mean support better than dps only.. because of their help, dps charater can do their job better than they were..

Hu tao is so overrated omg she is a single target you can put her in S and you said its not a DPS tier list so Hutao should be in A tier
What is The Chasm is an underground area with a “dark” element we are not yet aware of? And then Celestial would have the “light” element. That would be a very nice (difficult to balance) surprise for the future 🙂
Childe is way better. This is such a shame. People don't get it.
Lmao my Xiangling does more than diluc and she is built less well
Eula is a great main dps, and only dps, but for some weird reason Hu Tao in a S teir, even though you saying she is only dps, but Im ok that Hu Tao May be better than Eula, even like that I can't agree that Eula is below Diluc, Eula is currently my main dps and I also have Diluc and I can really tell that Diluc need a lot of preperation to get this nice big numbers, I think that this will be Benny's burst, Diona's burst and sucrose for more dmg from elemental reaction, and he need Xingqiu sooooo much to be playable, but Eula also will be better in Benny's burst but to play with eula you don't any big preperation and using her as a main dps is really comfortable because she don't needs any elemental reactions to deal big dmg, and one last really dumb fact about diluc that with his burst he punching all small and not that small enemies so damn far away from him, and if you have like cryo on you at tis moment you will need to anyway run forward a lot, but also with cryo, to change your character and then back. Not writing about Jean because he said that this is ok that we have support so high up in tierlist and completly desagree with your qiqi opinion.

Your reasoning for Xiangling to be high A tier is my reason for her being S tier. She's the only good off field pyro character and I don't even think Yoimiya could compete with that. She does so much damage. She enables so many comps like a Childe comp, Kaeya comp, Klee comp, Bennet comp, etc.
Kazuha should be S tier as well. He's as valuable as Diona imo. In my team comps, I actually prefer using Kazuha over Venti because of his AOE. He enables so many comps like Xiangling.
Ohh boy Xiao doesn't have access to vape and melt again We are way over that stuff he has higher scaling to compensate for it and deals Aoe DMG I think low S should have been the way the same goes for Kazuha he has Xiao plunge scalings and can melt or vape his burst or passive on skill early people will make good use for it. I feel like people keep overrating Hu Tao which is stupid she should be an itsy bitsy lower than Xiao. And Xiangling should be S.

I have Diluc and Eula both C1 and their signature weapon, I used them both in the abyss last week to see who finished it faster. but Diluc’s team just cant keep up with Eula’s team. Diluc’s burst passing through bigger enemies like primogeovishap and lawachurls, makes him kill the enemy slower

HuTao S and xiao A? F*ck your tier list
As a honkai player who uses Rozaliya and Liliya Beidou is basically a less flashy version.
Remember that if it was a c6 tierlist this would be quite different. Bennet would be A tier at best cuz c6 is a nerf, Xiao kazuha fischl childe beidou and eula would be S tier, xiangling noelle sucrose and ninguang all borderline S depending on teamcomps, but really tip top of A, and a few other misc adjustments.
That being said, this guide did a good job of adjusting tier level to constellation relevancy/accessibility.
Beidou's ult is also super powerful
Eula is S tier. One of the big 4 of genshin (Ganyu, Xiao, Hu tao, then Eula)
Eula under Diluc….this makes absolutely no sense and shows your lack of knowledge about the game. Useless video.
As a f2p venti is way better then zhongli with venti you can literally use him level 1 no weapon and artefacts but zhongli takes so much investment
Also zhongli can be made somewhat useless with good heals but nothing can compare with venti
