1st off, it does TP you above water. If you use Sayu's roll it won't get you on top and you stay underwater, although the inazuma lightning CAN tp you back to liyue

I tried to do this in coop and I constantly get to the surface. After the nth time, I told my coop friends to go without me and I'll just cheer for them. They didn't make it because of the lightning XD

i think they fixed it now and there’s a huge hole that teleports you back to liyue so you can’t pass through it
When I tried to go to Inazuma with a glitch I got teleported back

I used a different method to get under. It was just as easy but I'm not sure if it works anymore. Same results though with being under the water.
