Light of foliar incision can work on dps Kazuha. Especially C6 Kazuha. So i think both weapons from the banner can be used for both Kazuha and Alhaitham.

Well weapon are created for a particular characters having diversity for other characters to play with it isnt necessary to sum up its ranking, like nilou weapon for her own which increases her damage in substantial amount basically S tier , but ppl be like no its only usable on her so its trash 🤧🤧🤧
