Don't overhype Neuv too much now. Entire abyss is designed ror him. Abyss blessings, enemies, specifically shields to give him free stacks out of nowhere, just wait. Don't overhype.
Everyone watching this, really you shouldn’t listen to tier lists. Pull for a character YOU like. The most important thing about a game is to have fun. Every character is able to hit high damage if you put time and effort into them.

I think the game changer about Neuvillette is his Kamehameha range besides the broken dmg. He's the beyblade of doom
