I really want those Constellations on Beidou and Xingqiu and I'm not even mad if I get Xinyan since her JP voice is actually nice and she's a fire unit so this banner is an absolute win for me (I have some fire characters but I don't like their playstyle …so either I'll try to build a really good Amber or I just sit there without using fire units)

I'm gonna try to get some 4 stars, Eula is def not the goal for me. Just got Diluc and already have Bedou and Xinqiu, so constellations would be nice and more than welcome. So many characters to build. But most of all I need the weapon banner, most of my gang is using sticks and rocks right now.
Yeah, I was sleeping on xinyan too till I decided to build her a few weeks ago in an attemp to wean myself off of zhongli ganyu and hutao team. In my new team I use tartaggles/fischel/bennet/xinyan. I had managed to get a bunch of copies of her the last time she popped up so I had a c4-5. But bro, even at lvl 72 cuz I ran out of resources, her ult is a sleeper bruiser, plus she gots shields

I know this is not common, but there are players like me that save up for banners. I don't have any copies of Xinqiu, I use Xinyan (my only claymore user), and I need a solid DPS.
My real question is this: Assuming I get best case. Is C1 Eula with a f2p weapon better than C0 Eula with Broken Pines?
Simply put for all character releases- is C1 or C0 and weapon better? I'd love to see this video series thinking back to some of the other character/ weapon releases we've had.
