I need to finally do it because I can't do a daily commission with this rain even though it's easy vaporize for Yanfei. Cryo fatui keeps freezing me and I can't clap the hydro one and the rest like jsdkajk

You know what at first I thought this thunderstorm is related to Archon quest, in order to weaken the Resistance force Baal created this thunderstorm😅😅.
Am i the only one who became sad when the rain and thunderstorms ended after i completed the quest?? I mean there is no longer 24/7 free water for cryo characters right???!!!
Does the orientation reset after login everytime? If not then i'm doomed, coz i tried to solve it with my pea sized brain and failed lol
i kinda miss thunderstorm tho coz pyro character always gain vaporize dmg there due to heavy rain

Am I the only one here that has the problem where there would be a commission with fatui opponents and that damn cryo fatui would freeze me over and over again all the while being healed by two hydro fatuis.
Taka, im in adventure rank 45 and i just started doing this quest.
When i fought the samurai near serpent's head narukami pillar, the samurai didn't show the level, nor healthbar.
Is this a glitch/error/bug or do i have to reach a certain adventure rank?
