Apparently Steelseries hates certain countries. Like 90% of keys are still not claimed due to that fact.
Just run some VPN and refresh giveaway page (f5 on PC) or make full refresh of page by cleaning cache (ctrl + F5 on PC).
Their security system is so great that upon changing IP, you most likely won't have to log-in again even.
