Sigwinne is a 4 star gatekept by corporate greed. Somebody said "you know what, we can make more money with her."
Her release is also very untimely, she should have been released with or right after Wriothesley's banner and as an accompanying 4 star.
Literally no one should pull for this unit, she is sub-par at best and at C6R5 becomes worse C1R1 Neuvillete. Save your primos.

Sigewinne – the reverse Ningguang. 4 Star Character in diguise of a 5 Star
I got her early. Shes a fun character.
Will you still should the raising part when you have to farm for them?

If her shtick was to heal pass bond of life without removing it, say, because she is a Melusine, then she might have been a valid support for say Arleccino, since she can't be healed, but, since she is just a healer, a role that is not that popular, choosing between her and Furina in this patch is easy, since Furina does everything better.
If she was a 4*, like many had thought at first, she might have been decent.
Dehya level
This is with the caveat of having a C1+ Siggy, for the 3 extra bubble bounces:
The ability to bubble enemies can be surprisingly useful. I know when people read the ability, they probably think of little hilichurls, slimes, and so on, and that that is mostly useless. Which is mostly right. It isn't a huge benefit, though it does stop a lot of annoying little abilities. But where it does come in handy is with Fatui. The fat boys and big muscle dudes are immune, but the operatives and maidens are not, and those are annoying/dangerous. The pyro types, also not immune. Equally nice, a bunch of the eremites can also be controlled. I toyed around in the 3.0 artifact domain, using Hunt to group the eremites, and then the bubble helped keep them nicely controlled.
This is actually my favorite thing about her kit. But again, I stress that you need the charged up bubbles to make this worthwhile, and at c0, you don't get enough charged up bounces.
As far as Bond of Life and her droplets go, she also automatically absorbs two of them when using her burst. Something to keep in mind if you want to easily pick them up… or if you want to leave them for Neuv.
I love her she is so adorable she deserve to be a 5 star for me. With the future character maybe she will become op.
I am just so confused that the small heart shot when you hold her charged is not hp scaling, like why? Hoyoverse makes sure to always have us question their kits, although this is very minor

i recently got back into genshin after two years and i am very overwhelmed by the changes 😅 but so far ive been loving absolutelt everything
So glad I didn’t waste pulls on her, she absolutely is worthless compared to others, bad dps, not great healing, bad burst plus it’s dps is bad and locks you into using it wasting time for no dps at all
These comments remind me when Kokomi and Yoimiya's banner were about to came out, everyone already shtting on them. Well that means I should pull for Sigewinne

0:52 I think doing god mode (Lvl 90 C0R1) would be more beneficial for people to know more about what they could get instead of what they could try on their own (for F2P). Just a suggestion 😊
