Dottore chose to tread the path of making clones, so he can observe beyond the restriction of time. Funny because even though he's one of the top three ranked Harbingers whose strength outweighed many archons, he's essentially still mortal and powerless against time and erosion.

4 down and 2 to go. I'm curious on how the Fatui Harbingers are gonna steal the Hydro gnosis of Fontaine and the Pyro gnosis of Natlan. This Archon quest was perfect imo and a full redemption of the 2.x archon quest. I don't hate Ei but I feel it was a good build up with a fail in execution.
Paimon is again being hella sus at 0:27. You can see how Nahida instantly reacts to the sound wave that Dottore produced and becomes alert while the traveller just started to feel sleepy and stands there sort of confused.
We then see Paimon instantly react to the sound wave as well and if you look at the way she reacts instead of becoming sleepy and confused she seems frightened and covers her mouth. Then when she supposedly is asleep she is laying on the ground like someone playing dead.
Also if you remember the chasm quest Paimon still floats when she sleeps so it seems very likely that Paimon heard the whole conversation between Nahida and Dottore.

Although I love 99.99% of the scene, I do take an issue of them just introducing this "faint noise" that nullifies Traveler and Paimon. That's such a cheap writing. Reverse Deus Ex Machina I'd say. I'd rather have Doctor physically disarm Traveler since he/she spent so much power dealing with Scaramouche. From this point on, there's no reason for the Doctor to NOT use this faint noise for his benefits.

Am I the only one who doesnāt understand why Dottore is gambling with Nahida. If he could easily beat Nahida by force, he could easily stop Nahida from destroying the gnosis, for killing god should be much easier than destroying the gnosis. Then, does it mean that Nahida, the God of Wisdom, got her āfair tradeā with the Doctor only because the citizen of Sumeru that she never recognised was being easy on her?
