After reading all the criticism, I must to admit that his damage pretty low TBH. When the first release, I'm too hyped until I don't see any weakness in Cyno until the Cyno's hater come attack. You know what they're right. Cyno damage is really low.
I hope that he will be stronger in the real game

His skill CD during burst is 3 sec but why it feels so long 🥲

Kinda expected that Cyno solo raw damage is low he built on EM aggravate reactions. I'm little disappointed Cyno desperately needs shields.
