The fact that they still bring Signora's up and still voice acted. it might be a sign that she may return at some point (tough mostly probably just flashbacks). How curious.
Guess they gonna showed us her story in the future on full blown quest like Scaramouche's. Hoyoverse is starting to reveal character's story properly one by one, no way they gonna left out the big guns like Fatui's
It feels so weird SIGNORA technically back in the game in a flashback or illusion of some sort. This is because the last time we saw her was when the Raiden Shogun slices Signora into bits.
