I got Ayato trying to c6 xiangling in his last banner. I haven't used him for more than two hours.
I had to agree with Ayaka.
She was my very first 5 star and I didn't even expect that I'd get her, as I was fairly new to genshin when she was on her first banner, however, she was just overshadowed by Razor at the time as I was a huge fan of unga bunga playstyle.
From the very start, I just loathe how clunky (for me at least) her dashing and combat worked, going through an animation after you dash was slow and sluggish for me. Also, if I had been a keen enjoyer of freeze back then, that could have been a saving grace of me using her as a hypercarry, but I wasn't, I enjoyed the other reactions more effectively.
As of now, I have 8 hypercarries with their own teams and Ayaka is the only DPS relegated on my roster. 3 years, still on lvl 20, and will probably stay there even until the game's server shuts down.
I'd probably get assassinated for this but…………………………..her brother is better

I am SO GLAD that I’m not the only one who doesn’t like Ayaka’s gameplay. I don’t have Ayaka (that’s actually how I got Shenhe…) but every time I play her, it’s not a good experience. And it’s 99% because of her sprint, it makes her impossible to use
I regret NOT getting Chlorinde, but then i akso keep hearing how mid she is. 🤷♂️
I also wish i had sethos, and if id pulled Chlorinde id probably have him. 🤔
But i agree with you on Cyno, Itto and Ayaka.
Cyno is EASILY one of my favorite characters lore wise. Great VA, great dialog, great visual design, love love the dad jokes and his gaming hobby.
But hes such a pill to play. He's low HP, low DEF, low stagger, but has an attack chain that hemorrhages DPS if you dodge, and even if you don't, the DPS is extremely mid. His skill timers and energy needs are HORRIBLE, and his cons don't even fix these problems, they just create these BS overlapping damage mechanics that aren't even that powerful.
His E should have like 2 or 3 charges, or his CA should have been infused, or heck his E should hsve bern like the Tartaglia boss electro lunge, long, fast, pass through and 3 charges. Then hed actually have something to do while his Q is recharging… give his Q a shorter recharge and less up time, and a more potent EM-> atk mechanic… or here's an idea, a passive that gives an ER-> EM or visa versa mechanic. His modifiers are so poor you could do ALL these ideas and he'd still be mid.
You could do all these, and get him to c6, and he'd still be inferior to Neuvillette c1.
Let that sink in.
On clorinde’s team a Kirara (at c4 preferably) is a competitive replacement for nahida on a clorinde team. Use Clorinde, Furina, Fischl, and Kirara and you’re set.

I actually really agree with it. I was only scared that you'll put Lyney there, because many people are hating on him and he is just like pyro Ganyu and not as many people hate Ganyu, so I don't understand.
I regret Zhongli. I've had him for 2 years and he's friendship level 4 because I never use him.

Ever since I got Neuvillette, I never use Ayato. I never even finished building him since I got him at low AR and now I just hydro pump all my problems away

scara was my favourite character since 1.1 and I was very upset with his damage on c0.. SO I pulled for c6 on his second rerun with only 250 pulls saved and basically went all the way from c1 to c6 without spending any money on genesis crystals. regretted characters though are yae miko, raiden (she’s still on lvl 1 since her previous banner in fontaine, I was just pulling for chevreuse), ayaka, ayato (just because neuvi exists) and maybe childe
Never saw your channel before, but I will say that there's nothing wrong with what you're saying. You just simply don't like using certain characters, no matter if they're "meta" or not, but it is funny watching people get seriously upset over your own personal decisions of these characters when it should never affect those who don't regret pulling for them. It's only a problem when buffoons call others out for not using "meta" only characters.
I my case, Kinich. You have to keep him on-field for a long time and he is very vulnerable because of that. My Kinich often gets one-shotted. In my opinion, he is totally unusable. I even pulled for his signature weapon which I got in a few pulls luckily.

Tbh this slander on cyno needs to stop cause people needs to realize that the character is a st boss killer instead of a multiwave one.Also he's not an aggravate character but a Quickbloom character,he's not f2p friendly cause he needs furina and nahida yeah but the 4th slot can be even bennet.Baizhu is there mostly for comfort and yes you can use xilonen with him (with fav)And she almost the same as baizhu in his team.Your team choice on him is completely bad since raiden doesn't do nothing to him and both yaoyao and collei are bad for him also.I have neuvi arle and cyno with unreliable builds but ill do an example (all use furina c2)Cyno has 540 em (with double dendro only em sand the other are all substat) with 79.6% crit rate and 249% crit dmg with bis,Neuvi with bis on 76% crit rate and 330% crit dmg (crit rate hat) and arle with jade spear on 70% rate and 230% crit dmg.On boss scenario with all their best team cyno is only 2 sec slower on the other 2 on the kinich boss(the dendro fat chick) and that boss has dendro res (cyno has baizhu and nahida)against the triangle cyno is faster than the other 2 by 3 sec and on the triple magu kenki he was 2 seconds slower than both of them while having the ice debuff on him.Cyno does struggle in multiwaves scenario cause he needs another off field dendro that applies It Better than baizhu,his energy problem can be solved with tf and a fav user.In conclusion cyno is only made for bosses scenario that's where he shines,forgot to mention that the 3 are all c0.
I really regret clorinde because she neeeds high investment like without something like nahida or fishcl to do good DMG like other teams her three hit skill is ping dependent and her downtime to high to enjoy her without TF set if her down time wasn't low and her infusion lasted like arle i would have liked her tbh

I regretted chiori until I finally understood her and now I have her weapon and her c1 because she is an underrated dps and now my biggest regret is pulling for wanderer instead of arlecchino/ baizou but At least I can just spam his charged attack, I will probably not regret him when I build him

I regret pulling for Ayaka and Cyno on my main account. Ayaka because i cant be bothered to fight Azhdaha for anyone other than Yoimiya. Plus im stupid and dont know how to optimally play her. I love Cyno but i benched him almost immediately because i skipped Nahida twice and didnt have a good dendro applicator to keep up with his burst. One day I'll go back to him. I guess i also regret Kokomi. Shes cool, i just used Barbara for so long that im used to using her instead.
Never understood people who owned Raiden and still decided to pull Clorinde lol
My only regret is Xiao, he is cool and iconic but his gameplay actually make me dislike him. I need to put maximum effort for minimal damage and jump oll over the place to plunge on single samachurl who mr. demon slayer decided to push away with previous plunge. Not to mention whenever he run he make weird noises (eng va). I really wish I could give away my build Xiao to a good soul for a minimal price of 30 pulls (not even 90, just take him away with discount).
I just realised that I wanted wriothesley really badly a few weeks after I watched you and mage play. DID MAGE INFECT ME WITH THE WRIOTHESLEY HYPE?
I never regret pulling because since the start I've always saved up for one particular and somewhat rarer type of character.
Due to this I can get Nahida, Klee, Sigewinne and any other 5 star characters of these types without much stress at all easily on F2P.
I could have been even more safe if I hadn't maxed out Nahida's constellation.
I should still be safe for Iansan especially if I 100% all exploration.
When I first saw Wanderer's flying I assumed he could, you know fly up places and go fast while flying.
Then I tried him in the Simulanka event and oof, his stamina is atrocious for flying. How is he good at exploration when he flies up super slow and runs out of stamina before you are even over a small hill? (Also I hate how they started calling him Hat Guy)
maybe losing the 50/50 on cyno twice was a sign from God
Easy solution to the cyno weapon problem,,,,just give it to xiangling!
The only one I might regret is Albedo, who got power-crept by Chiori, who herself is not amazing (but may be my best built character-Chiori)
I have C2 Cyno cuz I got lucky ash so he's good on my acc, but I totally understand why other people regret him 😭
