Agress everything except Hu Tao, she should be at S tier even at C0 coz her stamina issue is not that bad coz her skill doesnt last too long tbh

idk why but I think Hu Tao is not depend that much on c1, only if you are lacking of skills. Jump cancel might be hard to learn but really useful, I dont have c1 Hu TAo but when I tried dash cancel, it was really uncomfortable and I realized that jump cancel is the better option for me.

C0 hu tao is already okay but c1 will make her comfy to play especially in mobile I cleared spiral abyss with her she fine at c0 also I love Yoimiya

I just got dehya as my first ever 5star character I was my smile faded away but it came back with Benett now I got Benett c2 ouh and I don't use real money to play online grind 🙁
