my most favorite is one and only for me is
Hu Tao:
-She got the nukes
-She got a pretty good design and personality
-She Made my day when I got her (She is not leaving on my team whenever Im grinding. except for spiral abyss and domains)
-The gameplay is pretty fun with the crits
-She cute her dance is cute everything is cute
(And i got her on the very first day I play this game).
Oh boy if I tried to make a list like this I’d struggle so hard. The only definite number 1 would be Kaeya, especially since he’s my main and the character I choose when I’m just looking for a chill gaming session. His lore is also pretty great and I really really can’t wait for more of his lore to happen in game.
Outside of that it’s so hard to pick. I really enjoy Itto’s whole deal so he’s up there. I love Albedo’s story and gameplay so he’s also in the top. There’re just too many characters to rate especially if you spend the time looking through the roster. I’m impressed you can make a list and have comprehensive reasons why you like or dislike certain characters haha.
My personal favorites from each nation so far are-
Monstadt- Razor. He's my favorite because I have a soft spot for wolves, his gameplay is very fun especially his skill, and I think he has the single most wholesome lines in the entire game. They're short, but still very sweet- especially how he talks about protecting his lupical and hunting for food.
Liyue- Xiao. One of the most fun characters I have ever played in video games period. I am very sad I don't have him in my party… But anyway, I also love him for his personality and lore. He is blunt and a bit cold personality wise, but it's understandable considering his lore and views on himself and life. I also like how in his voice lines he genuinely wants to learn more about us and shows a bit of a soft side to us.
Inazuma- Arataki Itto. The man has EVERYTHING to like. Personality, voice, lore, gameplay, there is not a single thing I don't like about this man.

top 7 in terms of lore, personality, a bit of gameplay factors in:
1 – venti. my absolute fav, relate to him a lot, i think he's one of the most well-written characters in the game, and i love the contrast between venti and barbatos. could say a lot but i don't want this to be super long
2 – kaeya. lore and design, he's super cool, i maybe have a soft spot for darker skinned characters, and i'm looking forward to the unveiling of his character in later years
3 – beidou. love her counter, first thing that attracted me to her. when i found out she slew haishan without a vision, yep she's become one of my favorites. also seems like she could be a great friend
4 – albedo. his lore interests me so much; what's he capable of doing? how about his master? and all that stuff. 2.3 made me love him more. drip is amazing and animations are gorgeous. love how khoi dao voiced him
5 – kazuha. love this boy, was so fun using him in archipelago. he's really valuable and i like how he shone in the archon quest. i also love how chill and laid back he is
6 – xingqiu. there's something charming about his whole character. he acts like a teenager, pulling pranks and having his own freedom while still being responsible to his duties. that's something i really relate to
7 – gorou. i just love dogs, i'm a dog person
honorable mentions:
diluc – i have respect for this man for being my first 5* and my og dps
ningguang – same as diluc, her design is also gorgeous
ayato – love his gameplay and how he's super flexible. he also got the drip
scaramouche – love his design the first time i saw it in 1.1. wish he becomes playable, and i'm interested how they'll do so considering he's a villain
characters i dislike:
keqing – .. i don't like her mainly because of ruining my 50/50 so many times. personality wise, she's alright
raiden – it's kind of an inside joke, coming from us thinking she'd kill kazuha in the archon quest. but overall, her gameplay is fun and she's very valuable. i also like how they revealed her with her act 2 story quest
Yae Miko is a full package, maybe not in Gameplay though, but her personality and design is just top notch, she even got popular before her release

Top 10:
1) Itto. MA BOI. The voice lines (in English, Max Mittleman KILLED it as Itto), the little dancing ushi, the horns, he just… God I love him to death. Not to mention the big damage and giant rock sword ^_^
2) Hu Tao. She's so adorable!! I love her story quest, and how despite the negativity she receives for her quirky personality, she loves the people of Liyue with all her heart and is a really sweet person overall. And of course, her little ghost burst is so friggin' cute!!
2b) Kaeya. Seggsy pirate man go brrrr. Also lore.
3) Rosaria. Fun teleport-y gameplay, sympathetic backstory, cold but caring, slightly tsundere personality, and not to mention she's visually gorgeous 😩
4) Zhongli. He makes the game stupid easy, and also his voice is just *chef's kiss✨*. Props to Keith Silverstein. Also his lore is so sad, of course 6000 years is going to weigh on anyone, even a god.
5a) Traveler (specifically Lumine). THEY'RE SO PRETTY FHSIDGKSHFJSOSH. And sure, maybe Traveler's numbers aren't great, but they're still servicable. Anemo and Electro travelers are great supports, and Geo traveler's burst is one of the only team Crit boosters outside of elemental res in the game. And contrary to popular belief, they DO have personalities, you just have to listen to their voice lines in the character screen.
5b) Albedo. His gameplay is kinda eh, but his lore is absolutely fantastic. The sheer amount of things he brings to the table puts him in the top five for sure.
6) Keqing. My first five star and first main, I love her gameplay and how fast and engaging it is, the one big problem I have with Zhongli is that all I have to do is push random buttons and the game plays itself lol. She's a strong, indipendent working girl, and I respect that. Also, purple happens to be my favorite color.
7) Mona. Her skill cracks me up, her burst is fucking broken, she's visually very well designed, and the lore implications she has are MASSIVE. Should Scaramouche ever show up again, I'm hoping they interact because he thinks the sky and stars are fake, while Mona's whole thing is astrology.
8) Sucrose. Precious baby, protect at all costs. Visually very nice to look at, and while her gameplay is kinda boring, I do like her personality. I can't wait to see what character development Genshin has in store for her.
9a) Beidou. I'm stupid, so I can't get those huge counter numbers you see in showcases, but I think her mechanics are really cool, and I love her lore. Her hangout was fun and gave us a closer look into her character, not to mention she is literally one of the most beautiful women in-game.
9b) Yun Jin. Ah yes, Beidou's mini clone. I loved her song, I love her genuine personality, I loved her hangout, her animations are INCREDIBLE, and she's really pretty (I'm a minor, don't cancel me y'all)
9c) Ningguang. I mained her for a bit, and while I do love her skin design and gameplay, her English voice is kinda… Eh? I expected her to sound more sly and intelligent, like Yae Miko.
10) Lastly, we have Childe. I have a love-hate relationship with him. Gameplay? Dope. Design? Eh. Voice? Good. Lore? Spectacular. But the fandom has changed people's perception of him so much, people think he's nothing like he actually is in game. In truth, Childe is a complex character, with many layers to his personality, past, and actions. But people dumb him down to either 'Zhongli's sugar daddy' or 'General idiot'. Childe deserves better.

1. Kazuha – I like his calm personality, his young samurai design and the super comfortable gameplay. 5/5/10
2. Zhongli – before Kazuha, this man is my favorite character. He is so wise, exquisite, but also badass. 4/4/9
3. Razor – my first main. Razor is that person who you want to protect at all costs. 5/4/9

1. Itto – not a fan of how “ore-sama” he sounds like in JP, but man, his EN and CN voices are perfect! He basically is a walking sunshine. The thing is, if he’s a bit more muscular it really is better to be honest. 5/2/7
2. Bennett – during his hangout quest, I really admired his optimism even it seems like life is against him. Sadly his design just makes him look like a beggar. 5/2/4
3. Noelle – same as Bennett. She just never gives up and always dedicates herself to service. Noelle just needs to grow her mind up because her being naive is probably the reason why she isn’t officially a knight yet. 5/2/6
4. Thoma – I like his personality tbh. He is like a brother figure if you call it? Sadly his design needs a bit of a fix and his gameplay is uhm… you know. 5/2/4
top in design:
1. Raiden Shogun – Miyukichi supremacy! Tho it’s kinda sad that I kinda dislike her personality in-game. I like her design tho. 3/5/9
2. Chongyun – I’m a hoodie person and his design didn’t disappoint. Good thing his gameplay is also decent. 3/5/6
3. Rosaria – I also like her tbh, her silent and deadly design is just good. I like both of her outfits tbh. 4/5/8

1. Xiao – pogo man. Fun to play. Just plunge and kill. 3/3/10
2. Keqing – I immediately liked her when I saw a gameplay clip of her during 1.0. Good thing I got her right away. But sometimes, personality-wise, Keqing is a bit bossy… 3/4/10
3. Ayaka – Tho I like her CBT effects, the playstyle is still there. I like how the ticks of her ult sounds like. 4/4/10
4. Fischl – especially at c6, she is super fun to play. I like summoning oz because he’s the machine gun. 3/4/10
honorable mentions:
1. Kokomi – I like smart people. 4/4/7
2. Eula – I like the fact that she tries her best to remove her clan’s stigma. 4/4/6
3. Childe – I like that he is a good brother. It’s just a sad thing that gameplay-wise he needs to have an electro character to be fun to play. 4/3/7
dishonorable mentions:
1. Xiangling. Sorry but I really don’t like her. For me, she is basically carried by Guoba lore-wise and her pyronado gameplay-wise. 2/2/8
2. Ayato. He’s not supposed to be in the dishonorable mentions, but when I used him in the trial, I’m absolutely bothered by his back. 3/2/8
3. Venti. For others, he is carefree. But for me he is annoying. Good thing Kazuha exists now. I only used him because of his ult. After Kazuha’s release, I really benched. Venti and I’m using Sucrose as the anemo character for the 2nd team than him. 2/2/7
The only thing that is bugging me here is Xiangling others r ok…….for not getting a 5 star for a long time she carried me through almost the whole game……her personality is quite like Yoimiya, her design is absolutely unique and to the point to her personality (I just saw her eyebrow from your video and that doesn't bug me as I couldn't see it until now lol and also it's a tradition old asian eyebrow design) and yeah her gameplay seems boring if you only use her as pyronedo (which is recommended) but as I played her for a long time, I loved her and she was one of the oldest spear user when there was a big lack of them…………………….so I don't get it why she is at last 10 (even being non-biased), yeah she shouldn't be in top 10 but at least at top 25……rest of the ranking… love it.

The only character I legit dislike is Tart. Never liked egotism and masochism, and he's both of those on top of being a terroristic murderer just for sake of doing it. And so, as a meme, he's the only character I will keep at Friendship 1 w/ 0 exp. Can't even be honest with his little brother, who looks up to him admirably. Maybe he'll find out what he truly is and then change his view on his older brother. Maybe he'll have redemption? Signora certainly didn't wantnany. Who knows. Until then, keep him away from me. 👍
I fist bumped the air when seeing Yoi in the top 2 since she's tied for my fav character. Itto is also in my top 6 fav characters also

My favs are basically my main team
Kokomi: at first I felt kinda regretful for spending my guaranteed on her but her gameplay is amazing and it really changed my way of playing co-op because now I know who I will use without worrying about dragging others down, her design is SO PRETTY and her personality…. I kinda like it, I don't know too much about her yet but she's realy interesting.
Chongyun: one of my main dps, my boi. This may sound weird but I really enjoy his gameplay, it's simplistic yet so satisfying, spamming my burst is also lots of fun! Massive drip, nothing else to say about that. And I LOVE his story and personality, he's so determined about his goals, the whole yang energy thing has a lot of potential and I just think he's neat, plus his voice is amazing.
Xiao: my favourite. 10/10 in everything, love his design, love his gameplay and his personality and story are just amazing, I find his unintentional edgyness really charming and kinda adorable + I'm really attached to him. I did sooo much preparation before his rerun so I could use him straight away xd. He's also super spoiled in my account
Albedo: 10/10 like Xiao, sadly I don't have him. His personality is soo amazing, his story is interesting and I just want to keep learning more about him. Design, he made me a simp.
I also really like Xingqiu, Gorou and Kaeya, but they can't really compete with those three above.
I also forgot to name Bennett, I love Bennett, he's just the best in everything and unlike many from what i've seen I love his design and clothes, they are unique imo. But he doesn't want to come home
I don't really hate anyone in this game, I find some people kinda boring but none make me want to push them into the Enkanomiya hole

Funny video to watch, obviously everyone has different preferences so this kind of videos will be interesting. Just one suggestion during this video i felt your voice sounded really low it got lost pretty easily by the music.

– love her idle animation and attack animation
– really beautifull fireworks
– love her bubbly personality but can be serious too
– love her voicelines and how cute she sound in every language
– love her design (clothes) but i thinks it's kinda uncomfortable
– i love her hair. if we look it from behind when she's walk, her hair kinda looks like butterfly wings (it's just my opinion)

For me i like geo and anemo (the tornado not) and i i love her and thin kshes cute she has no real personality but the faces she makes are the best and always funny

My favorite design is probably Ayaka, and she is a nuke in gameplay as well. I love her JP voice and she's just so sweet and want some friends (the player).
My second favorite design is Ganyu and funnily enough she's also a great Cryo DPS. She's sweet and reserved, although her obsession with Rex Lapis and her contract is a turn off for me.
My thir favorite is Eula, love her design, great DPS, and her "revenge-dere" personality is kinda funny although too extreme at time.

I don't really get why you think that Jean's gameplay is boring. I would totally understand, if you didn't like it, that would be fine by me but I think that her playstyle is one of the funnest in the game, If you actually use her. She can throw small and some big enemies up in the air with her charged attack and she can manually suck up enemies and throw them, dealing high damage. For a standard 5* she really is unique and versatile, you can build her however you want, and she will slap. Of course, I respect your opinion bud, that's just something for you to maybe reconsider
