If you use raidens E before her burst it increases the damage of the burst which I noticed you weren't doing most of the time

When you have better stats but do less damage
just use sara burst instead of her E for dmg boost. saras burst gives her E dmg boost to entire party so u can do bennet burst and then sara burst and then raiden.
it will give u max resolve instantly because of C1 and also sara burst being 80 energy
Signora have damage cap tho. Your damage cannot exceed some percentage of her health.

I believe if you one shot his first phase without him getting one attack cycle off he immediately switches to second phase without the “animatic” of rebuilding hp and you got time for your raidens burst
