  1. They removed the last bit of challenge outside Abyss. If they are going to go that route, 1) let me just buy artifact rolls with resin without a battle (autoskip), or 2) let me spend 200 resin at once to get it over with.

  2. The best update is the hidden ui! Seriously was looking forward to it more than the new area, it just makes it all much more immersive 🤩would be nice if it was bound to controller key as well though

  3. DIALOGUE REVIEW!!! I've been waiting four years for this feature. I guess it's HoYo, so it isn't surprising that it took this long to get it. I know it's a small feature, but its quite common among RPG/gacha games with heavy dialogue and I'm glad we finally get it!

  4. Genshin players are really new breed of morons. "I have to actually play Neuvillette (that does insanely amount of DMG anyway) now, not spin pointlessly and do gamebreaking amount of DMG 😭😭😭😭"
    Hoyo answers: "Ok mongoloids, we will revert it, here is 1600 primos"
    But when everyone says that weapon banner or artifact drop mechanic needs complete rework, they just shit on that opinion

  5. I guess the purpose of those pre-nerfed domains is to make players familiarize with Abyss higher floor effects and challenges. Later down the line, this helped me familiarize on what to expect when tackling the Abyss. The nerf is actually good for starting players and farming for materials should not be this challenging. They could've set incremental difficulty for these domains depending on world level, but well we do all know that Hoyo devs were late with the fixes, improvements, quality of life etc.

  6. I don't understand the point. Most players are playing from a while now and can just use the strong box instead of going to the older domains. This was a right decision at a wrong time

Maybe it was okay that domains then were difficult as most players, including high level players hunted those domains down since the only characters available then were either from mondstadt or liyue. Which meant that new players have strong players to help them. Now, veterans almost no longer visit those domains since new artifact sets have gotten better, and new characters and weapons require the new materials, making new players do starter domains on their own.

  8. trounce domain update is nice, too many times have i accidentally exited the domain before claiming reward because i happened to be next to the exit when i defeated the boss

GOD do you know how infuriating it was to be a player who started a few weeks after launch, having to go back to a Mond domain, and then SUFFERING with my very high level and well built characters? It would STILL take a minute to use those domains and locked me into using a very specific team to avoid the giga cooldowns, or have 100% pyro uptime to melt the dumb shields in the other domain. Good Lord I am so happy they nerfed them.

  10. One thing that wasn’t mentioned but has occurred is some graphic changes on characters for console players. The animation is much more crisp and looks like it renders way better.

    You can find the patch notes on their website and it mentions this!

  11. I get the anti Raiden shogun training (it was painfully hard when i started because i was both artifactles and only had a jean with zero ER and PHYSICAL damage weapon as both a 5 start and a healer so ….)
    But amber glider license thingy was ridiculously easy

  12. that domain with the hydro mages is the pain in my ass at early game, bro… increase cooldown… on a enemy need elements to break the shield is kinda hard core, now i didnt mind but back then jeezz
