I actually think it's better than Zhongli's. Don't get me wrong, Zhongli's held the number 1 spot for a couple of reasons: the editing + showing off he's badass in gameplay + the soundtrack. Raiden's trailer has all of those, but it also has better cinematics/cutscene-like moments and showcasing of her character beyond spoken lines of dialogue, especially the fact that there are "two" Raidens, which was only hinted at during the 2.0 archon quest (her eyes changing at certain moments during the cutscenes around her bossfight) and the allusion to the outward Raiden being a "fantasy", while the inward Raiden being "reality".

The video and animation of the Raiden Shogun trailer is definitely on par if not better than zhongli's but I would still say that the soundtrack of zhongli's trailer is just timeless!!

I personally dont see it above zhongli, it just doesn't, its on par sure but the thing with zhongli, he didn't need a crap ton of editing to look cool, he did have editing for sure but not as much as raiden, she def depended on the editing and flashiness to look poggers.
