Since kokomi use everything except crit, think I might also try to build another character with her, so no matter what I get good substats

besties im pretty sure her passive means she *gets* -100% crit rate, not that she *has* -100% crit rate – implying that even if you get 10000% crit, you will still end with 0% because it is modifying a percent of your crit rate

Day 2 of asking for ningguang god mode! Make sure to get 3 star jades and do a charged attack. Also make sure to use her screen and then only do her burst!

As a kokomi wanter, i'll just share what I know cos there's a lot of barkings and whining from meta slaves.
Kokomi can't crit but she can do some decent damage. She's most likely a selfish healer dps like xiao or yanfei.
Her skill scales from her atk but when she uses her burst, her skill duration will refresh (ascension talent) and will scale on her max hp. Her normal and charge atk will also scale on her max hp. Her second ascension talent will make her dmg base on her healing bonus as well. Her c1 is pog and a huge jump to dps so i think she doesn't need to be in the meta to satisfy some crying meta slaves. She's fine just the way she is. <3
