Still waiting for my beloved Cyno.
I think Cyno is the leader of the desert side or possess a high position in the rank of the desert side. From the teaser of the 7 nations. The first 3 characters appeared in that teaser happens to be against the ruling order of their respective nations (Diluc hate the Knights, Ningguang’s faction of people’s rule vs the adeptis’ rule, Ayaka oppose the vision hunt decree). So, from this trend Cyno is probably on the desert side as either a leader or a high position.
Getting a free Dendro character makes sense for the new patch. I’m more concerned on how unique Dendro is or it’s just another element to use an nothing really special about it. We need new things to keep us entertained in this game. I want a unique pole arm and sword Dendro user.
In 3.0, On Second Half Ganyu and Zhongli Rerun will Happen (Very Very High Chance). And 1st Half Will Have New 5 Star and 4 Star Dendro Characters.

Genshin 2.8 four stars with kazuha will be xinyan and fischl. The reason I say this is because if we go by past banners, the characters that took place in the story were the ones featured on the banners.
