Opera Singer Sings Scaramouche Boss Theme || Genshin Impact

I so enjoyed the experience of listening to this for the first time several weeks ago that I instantly knew that I needed to cover it. The purity of the vocal line and classical stepwise movements of the original are magnificent. I tried to emulate them as best as possible though my voice is categorized as a “lyric/spinto tenor” while the fantastic tenor performing in the original is more than likely a “leggiero” tenor. There are differences in weight and hue in the sub categories of the voice types, so you may hear a darker quality in my rendition than the original. In addition, the breathlessness of the original is masterfully done in creating that sense of desperation and rage. Interestingly, I also create that breathlessness but it comes across much more aggressive simply due to again the natural qualities of my trained voice. Such a fun experience singing a Mozartian melody in Genshin Impact. Thanks to @AtharavaMohite for the wonderful cover and rendition. It is certainly “operatic”.

There are reasons to love both and I think it speaks to the profound capabilities of the folks at Hoyo-Mix and Yu-Peng Chen that are able to create sublime and cover-able masterpieces. This is no exception.

    Lyrics:

    Ombres levante coima

    larem clement letum vostrum fervor

    Ia vid sum sum iraesquid.

    In o uris!!

Ko ya ko tsunare nazonagasare saren’desu!

Terror ist levituum et iubi naevus.

    Annai (Sada!), Sada (Ledi!)

Et te lescitas omnia cum inpi et clatus!

    Iu quisd! Sogno! Axa! Levitate!

Ave! Vide! Om sum supedita! Hystorie!

Novis natus! Novis natus! Novis natus!

    Ko ya ko tsunare nozonagasare

Mae.. Simul! Platuum! In somnio irae

    Equiestale saber que quies!

Descitas ombria cum invicte et clatus!

    Nova eribus despine!

    Increase Shadow

Let you bright fate be blessed with fervour

I saw whether I was angry or not

    In the mouth

    I'm being laughed at!

The terror is of the frivolous and nave.

    Leader! (Holy!), Lady! (Lady!)

And you're blessed with all things, when you

    are mad and mad!

    You're who! I dream! Axis! I elevate!

Ave! Bird! See! Oh, I'm sorry!

New born! New born! New born!

    I'm being laughed at!

Let me be the bed in the dream of anger.

Rest assured that you will rest!

The shadow descends with the invincible and

    the slain!

    The new will be soon!

  2. Question. Is it possible for you to break down Opera singing so we understand what's being said? No offense but me personally, my ignorance for Opera is simply alot of "Oooooooaaa, ahhhhh, eeeeeee, muhhhhh" and such

  3. I stood up from my chair when he started singing
Also, Hoyoverse, if you're not gonna give Marco a chance to voice a character, at least give him a chance to sing in a new boss theme! (i am serious)

  6. wow

edit: i really like the dark quality of your voice, is like a different story, instead of a young men seeking for power but getting lost in his path sounds more like a battleworn general that's feeling the regret but can't back down from it's position
